“Plush accommodations...”

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. I was impressed from top to bottom, inside and out. The service was superb, the concierge was helpful in booking restaurant reservations and transfers. The one area we were disappointed in was the restaurant inside the hotel. We ate there on the very first night shortly after arriving. The food was extremely expensive for the taste, even in Times Square. Other than that, one of my best staying experiences in New York.

“Wonderful 50th Birthday experience”

We stayed to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and the stay could not have been better. We were greeted at check in with a Happy Birthday to my wife and were given complimentary warm homemade chocolate chip cookies. There was a newspaper everyday left in the room. The staff couldn't do enough for us, making our stay a very happy one.The location was fantastic you just stepped out of the lobby and you were in Times Square.We would definately return.

“Excellent for the price and location.”

“New York is WOW”

Hotel is in the centre of Times Sq, doesnt look very impressive from outside. Reception and information desk helpful and friendly. Gave us lovely warm american cookies when we arrived and on departure. Could not fault hotel, room spacious and clean, everything we wanted. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and the best power shower ever. Allowed us to store our cases, as we had evening flight back. No noise from down on streets during night considering we were on Times Sq. we were on 10th floor. Would recommend this hotel and would love to go back, first time in New York and we loved our 4 nights and the big apple, place is just amazing.

“Best for the money”

This was our first trip to NYC and was extremely satisfied with Double Tree Suites. It was recommended to us by many of our friends and thank God we listened. The hotel is in a superb location and within walking distance to many great restaurants, shopping, etc. The staff was very courteous and helpful with answering our questions. We will definitely stay at the Double Tree on our next visit.
