“Excellent First Time”

This was my first time in the New Jersey/New York area. It was just me and my daughters and the staff made me feel very comfortable and at home. They gave me suggestions as to the best way to visit New York. I would choose this hotel for future stays!

“Will go back”

The Hotel was very nice. The room was high & directly on the river (ie: a wonderful view.The hotel is located in Secaucus city where they is a lot of famous company stores all around the hotel, accessible through the hotel shuttle. The Hotel offers free shuttle which goes every 20 mins & covers area of 3 miles around the hotel.The hotel is not far from Manhattan. Service in the hotel was perfect. Don't miss it. It's the best in Secaucus.

“Convenient and affordable alternative to NYC hotels”

The Crowne Plaza Secaucus was a great place to stay at an affordable rate. Very clean and safe. On weekday mornings, it took us less than 30 minutes to reach the Port Authority Terminal in Manhattan taking the 129 bus across the street from the hotel. The hotel's staff at the front desk can provide bus schedules and advice. Just make sure that you know when the last bus leaves NYC at night, because the schedules are different for weekdays and weekends. An alternative bus runs later to Secaucus, but you'll need a cab to get from this bus stop to the hotel (but definitely cheaper than taking a cab the whole way from the city).

“Excellent Hotel,”

Great staff very friendly and accomodating, no request went unattended. Problem in room was looked after immediately even at the early hours of the morning. Great location and with access to everything you need. Rooms are very well looked after, clean and well equipped.

“Way better than what I expected!”

Customer Service was extremely helpful! Very nice hotel, clean and spacious room. Only 14 minutes away from Times Square. The hotel was great to stay in and i would recommend this hotel to anyone who would love to stay close to New York City, but not have to pay the high prices of a hotel in NYC. I was overall pleased with the hotel and service.

“Close to Manhattan!!!”

I was very pleased with the Hotel. It's about 4 miles from Manhattan and even closer to Giants/Jets/Yankee Stadiums. There's a bus (129) that picks you up a little walk from the hotel and takes you into Manhattan. It's only $2.55 a trip. Our room was clean and nice. Only problem is that you can't checkin until 3PM. I would definitely stay here again!!!

“Excellent”

hôtel très bien situé, le bus numéro 129 reliant Manhattan est au bout de la rue donc très pratique, il y a des bus jusqu'à 23h. Sinon, navette sur demande, ou toutes les 20 min pour les outlets environants et la gare de secaucus. L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel est très accueillant...enfin à recommander et j'y retournerai volontiers!
