“1st Time in NYC- very satisfied”
We arrived at 8am on a Friday morning. The hotel said they could hold our luggage initially but when we arrived, our room was ready! The staff was all very pleasant and helpful, the neighborhood was great, close enough walk to the subway we needed, overall great experience!

“Great NYC Hotel Stay!”
I have visited NYC many times over the years and this was the first time staying at this hotel. I was extremely impressed with everything from arrival to departure. The hotel is located within a few minutes walk of a subway so getting around is very easy and there were great restaurant choices also within very short walking distances. The rooms are average size and very comfortable. Everything seemed very modern and well kept. The lobby was impressive and the free coffee in the morning was also very welcome. Downstairs there is a small gym which is open 24 hours - great for working off those restaurant meals! For me the big plus here was the staff. Everyone who we came in contact with was pleasant and went out of their way to help. Very friendly and courteous - not a common thing to find anymore. Overall a great experience here and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in New York City.

“GREAT HOTEL AND GREAT STAFF”
We were very impressed with this hotel, The staff from the cleaners to reception were so friendly and helpful they couldn't do enough to help you, always friendly and greeted with a smile, made you feel valued as a guest. Rooms so clean and every day cleaned. We took a travel iron and hair dryer to find room had a full size ironing board and iron and a hair dryer,also coffee making facility and replenished every day, and fridge. We had clean towels and sheets and bathmat daily. So convenient in location for everything, just pop on and off the subway from the hotel to get everywhere. Reception area has seating areas where you can sit and have your own TV and watch channels of your choice which was great if you have time to kill after checking out your room at the end of your stay, it also has several pc's, printers and a Bar that serves alcohol and coffees with lovely friendly bar staff. We stayed on floor 5 at front of hotel and were certainly not kept awake by road noise. We had a King size bed and Lovely walk in shower all very nice and cleaned to a high standard. Would defiantly stay here again if in New York. loved it not one complaint about anything in our 5 day stay their. Great Hotel and The Great Staff make it a great choice.
“SoHo, a different side of NYC”
This hotel served my needs perfectly for this trip. The room was not big, and there is not a full service restaurant or room service. So if you are looking for these things....look elsewhere. We wanted to experience another side of New York . other than Times Square. We still went to a broadway show (Spiderman) and spent a few hours shopping at our favorite places. The cab fare was about $15.00. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern. Taxis were easy to catch at this location. There were many restaurants and lots of shopping within walking distance. Close to Little Italy too. Overall, a quieter, more relaxed side of NYC.
“Great location”
Great location, comfy beds, friendly staff. Shame the lower down double-doubles don't have a view (as I think they are all at the back of the building - the rooms at the front have full-length windows), but that's the only thing I could fault.
“Great hotel in the heart of Soho.”
We had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott, great location heart of Soho/tribeca district which was buzzing most evenings and lots of good shopping. Staff were superb, nothing too much trouble, rooms are a little on the small side but this wasnt a problem, as the cleanliness, room service and ambience was always professional but friendly. There isnt a kitchen so meals are not made in the hotel but there were adequate choices for breakfast in the morning, and plenty of places around to eat. Hotel has a small gym , excellent equipment, and enough for 4 or more to be in there at the same time, some weights as well. We would definately go back in a heartbeat. thanks fro a great stay.
“Can't wait to go back”
I stayed for four nights in late October 2011 and, although it wasn't the cheapest option, I was very satisfied with both the hotel and its location, I will certainly book there again if I go back and would very strongly recommend it!
“Hidden gem in new york”
Chose this hotel after some good reviews, but very impressed. Not 5 star facilities, but couldn't fault it for the value and location for restaurants and bars.
