Très bel hôtel bien situé La chambre est très bien décoré et suffisamment spacieuse, les baies vitrées font un effet waouh par contre déçu car j’ai payé un supplément pour être dans les étages élevé et ce ne fut pas le cas et dans un angle avec un autre immeuble La salle de bains est propre C’est calme et bien isolé pas de problème avec les ascenseurs. Très bon accueil à l arrivée ainsi qu au Check out

Je peux que conseiller cet hôtel ! Hôtel très bien situé…Les chambres sont propres et confortables. On a aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très serviable. On y retournera sans hésitation !!!

Bon accueil dès l'enregistrement. Hôtel très confortable, idéalement situé à proximité du Javits center. Les chambres sont d'une bonne taille. Certaines avec une vue directe sur l'Empire State. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

I called to confirm if I needed a reservation for parking, they say no, hotel partners with a close by parking. When I arrived then the parking asked for a reservation ugh! I just wished the hotel staff could provide acquired information.

My stay here with the Marriott was amazing yet again. I love this hotel and the staff who are so friendly and kind, they make my stay feel worth it. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough to friends and family locations is great.

Everything about our stay was great EXCEPT for check-in. For some reason, the hotel needed to replace ALL (?) linens and get new ones that day so we had to wait almost 2 hours, going back and forth. The front desk folx were nice and gave us a $20 food/drink voucher but in reality I would have liked to have paid less or have our parking covered.

Upon check in the room was not ready but the front desk staff had another room available and it was the top floor. The room was so beautiful and the view was amazing. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The room was nice. The water was hot. The shower head was not adjustable and shower floor was slippery. The view was beautiful. The service was great & the bed was comfortable. There were enough convenient stores nearby but there was no microwave. There also wasn't any parking. Their website states parking $50 a night. The parking that they recommended as theirs was not affiliated with them and they did not specify you pay $60 each time you pick up car from lot. That is why the overall lower rating.

Room was great. Service at desk also very good. Only issue I had was with the room/pick-up service for a dinner one night and breakfast one morning. I ordered the dinner(salad) on my phone and the message said I would be notified when ready. Never got notice. Went down and it was sitting there. Breakfast was worse- ordered 35 minutes ahead for oatmeal and not ready and had to wait 15 more minutes. They said they had one cook. But, the point (to me) is that this is designed to be convenient for the guest. Something should be fixed if it takes almost an hour for a cup of coffee and oatmeal. I could have walked to another restaurant.
