“Great budget option”

As described, the rooms are small but they are comfortable. The room was very clean, bathroom fixtures and tile were new, had a flat-screen tv and a wardrobe with a hanging bar and a couple drawers. Convenient to the subway and a lot to do within walking distance. My only complaint was the street noise, but I should've asked to not be on the street side. I would definitely go back.

Ideal situation for us in Tribeca. Hotel was everything we expected, clean, comfortable and very helpful staff. Excellent access to subway, right outside the door. Cosmopolitan Cafe was a very good choice for breakfast.

Would recommend Cosmopolitan to friends & family! Great location with subway at front door. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only minor comment would be the elevator service that allowed for 6 people and was very slow. Otherwise, we will return.

We stayed here for a couple of days. It is extremely clean and well maintained hotel. It is also a convenient location as it is directly above a train station, and the shops in the area are good.

I am still surprised by how my decision to go with this hotel turned out. The cozy comfort of our room, the service by the friendly staff, and the convenience of the hotel's location were the outstanding points. That is also saying the other parts of the accommodation deserves some sort of applaud. The accommodation is quite a complete package for the price and the hotel class. You won't be making the wrong decision with choosing this hotel and on top of that you'll most likely check-out with a satisfying smile on your faces.

“Great Value!”

The staff were very friendly and our room was clean, warm and quiet. The location was important, and we were ten minutes walk from Pace University. The subway station was outside the hotel, and was on an express line to Time Square. The breakfast was included in the price and was provided by the cafe next door, and was available till 10 am. Great value for a 2 star hotel!

“I was very pleased!”

I was extremely pleased with everything in the hotel. Starting from the early check-in I was allowed to make, finishing with nicely folded into a flower PAPER napkins!!! They allowed us to check out later as well. The room was great, clean and very nice! Thank you very much. I will defenately stay there again!

Loved our room--very clean and quaint. We also loved the atmosphere and location of the hotel. It is right by the subway and the cutest little old English cafe sits right next door. Very friendly staff and great service. Did not have one complaint. Definitely a great value!

“An affordable, solid hotel in Tribeca”

Very affordable in for area, especially for the Tribeca area. The rooms are very clean, comfortable down comforters, bathrooms have great showers and toiletries. The service was great, too; since it's an old hotel, there were no individual thermostats and our AC was broken, so it was too hot even though it's in the middle of winter. We called the front desk, and got a new room right away! It's right by the Chambers St subway (1 2 3 lines), and within walkable distance to Chinatown and Greenwich village.
