“The BIG Apple”
I was so excited about our trip to New York that we expected everything to go bad, but no. Thanks to Expedia it went as planned. Flight was excellent, transfer no problem, hotel just great. New York was fantastic. the hotel was small but had great services and friendly staff. It was also only 5 mins from Times Square, 15 mins steady walk from Central Park and Empire State Building. We found some great little bars and had a great time. We will definitely be going back again and will have no hesitation in booking through Expedia for the trip. Thanks for helping make some great memories. Pete n Lisa
“Affordable hotel within walking distance of Times Square”
Affordable hotel within walking distance of Times Square. Complimentary breakfast buffet is a nice touch. Only complaint I had was not related to the hotel but the street it is located on: there is a nightclub next door which had a line outside (we had a child with us) and there was a LOT of trash and construction on the street during our stay.
“Excellent place to stay”
I stayed at the hotel in mid-August, in a room with two double beds. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were excellent, and the air-conditioning worked wonderfully (it was one hot week). My companion enjoyed the breakfast, though I often slept late and missed it. Mostly due to the fact that the hotel is only a few minutes in walking to distance to Times Square, with it's selection of bars and Irish pubs - it's easy to stay out late. Additionally, the staff was helpful and friendly. Great experience overall.
“It will be my Hotel of choice when going to NYC”
Nice new rooms, very friendly front desk service, nicely located between the Madison S Garden and Broadway. I will highly recomended.
“Comfort Inn Times Square- Great Location and Service”
Staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. Within walking distance to most Manhattan attractions!
“Great Location and Great service”
This hotel is located in a prime location. It is a couple blocks away from Times Square and is located near subway stations and all the shops and restaurants. The room was ok. A little cramped for two people but we were only there too sleep so It meet our needs. Air circulation was an issue. We were on the 18th floor and because of the room size it was a little stuffy so we had to turn the A/C on to help. It was a little hard too find at first cause the sign was blocked by scaffolds. The staff was kind and there was always someone at the desk 24/7. I would recommend this hotel but next time I will try too get a bigger room..
“Mid-town Manhattan base for exploring New York”
Right beside the bus station from Newark Liberty airport and about 10 minutes walk to Times Square in an area of Manhattan that felt very safe for our family to stay in. The hotel is quite new I think and is very comfortable even if the rooms are a little small the family room with 2 double beds had good facilities and enough space for our 2 boys and ourselves to live in for our long weekend stay. The staff were very helpful at all times and gave good help when we were looking for information. The only area for improvement is the breakfast area - great selection for breakfast but little space which meant sharing tables or waiting for a seat at busy times. Overall we all agreed we would be happy to return here for a future trip.
“Highly Recommend”
The hotel service was very kind. The front desk workers were always pleasant and very helpful. The first night we were temporarily placed on the 1st floor so the sounds of the street and the club next door were somewhat of an annoyance. After the first night we were moved to the 16th floor for the remainder of our stay (6 more days). The 16th floor was great--quiet with a great view facing times square. The rooms were clean and contained all the essentials and some added perks--hair dryer, alarm clock, flat screen TV, free WI-FI connection. The hotel was very convenient, only a few blocks from the nearest subway station and the outskirts of times square. Being right next to times square, I always felt safe and comfortable in my surroundings--there is always policemen around times square.
“Excellent value for money.”
This must be one of the best hotels you could have for value for money and location. It was situated about 2 minutes walk from Times Square subway and bus station which couldn't have been better. The subways were clean, free from trouble and though not particulary easy to find your way around, all of the staff were extremely helpful. You could get a full days pass which got you anywhere in the city with unlimited use. If you were staying longer in would be worth checking out the price for maybe a weeks pass as it would work out cheaper again.. The hotel was more than adequate. Though the rooms were compact, they were clean and comfortable and seeing as the only time we spent in them was for sleeping, they were all we needed. The breakfast was also very good. Though fairly basic there was plenty of it and the staff very helpful. The breakfast room was very small however, and you often had to wait for a table. Food could be taken back to your room though. All in all an excellent hotel for the money.
“GOOD HOTEL”
HOTEL'S EMPLOYEES ARE VERY KIND. GOOD DEAL ACCORDING TO THE COST. GOOD LOCATION IN MANHATTAN.
