We were very pleased with our room. It was very clean and quiet. The service was good as well..I have recommended the hotel to people I know that frequent the city. We will be staying there in the future.
“Hidden treasure in New York”
Couldn't have found a better hotel for our stay in New York. Staff were so helpful, breakfast was just what you needed to start a busy day exploring the city, the hotel is in a great position, we even had a view of The Empire State Building from our room plus even in temperatures of over 100, our room stayed cool. All at a good price too. Families, couples, friends - everyone would be happy with this hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. La chambre pas très grande, mais confortable et fonctionnelle (rangements, bureau, accès gratuit à Internet). L'hôtel est calme : pas de bruit la nuit.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel (breakfast included a bonus!) Good central location for getting to all areas of NY. Staff really helpful and welcoming (booking taxis to the airport etc) Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a weekend to go to a Yankees game. Hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly & informative of the area. It's in the middle of great shopping & eateries, and the subway station is a block away! Would definately go back. The hotel was clean, affordable, and they offered a great breakfast each morning!

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was much more spacious than I thought it would be (we had 2 double beds and a sofabed). It was a good location and the F,V,N,R,W subways were all very close. The rooms were very clean, the beds were soft and the pillows were comfortable. There is internet access downstairs for a fee but I found everytime I would pay and log on it would kick me off and I would have to pay again. Nearly all of the employees were nice, the security guard in particular. I would recommend this hotel but I think for the price we paid we could have found better. We simply chose this hotel over others because they allowed those under 21 to check in (which we were) and other hotels wouldn't.

If I go back to New York City, I would stay at the Comfort Inn, it was very nice.
