Rumford Hall maintains the original ambience established when the building opened as the Chemists' Club in 1903. This expansive lounge features leather couches, upholstered chairs, and marble-like columns. Club Quarters Midtown - Times Square offers 170 guestrooms in a 13-story building with narrow corridors and small elevators. Rooms feature premium mattresses and linens, work desks with ergonomic chairs and reference books, upholstered reading chairs, and 18-inch flat-screen televisions with premium channels. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. All but Petit single rooms include microwave ovens.

At check-in, Club Quarters guests are issued a personal, direct-dial number for each room's two telephones (one cordless, one with dual lines and speaker).

Contemporary decor and furnishings include mahogany-stained furniture, black upholstered headboards, and colorful prints on walls. Small bathrooms contain stall showers (no tubs) and vanities constructed of satin-finish stainless steel and granite. A guest closet on each floor contains irons, ironing boards, bedding, and other room supplies.

“Great Location! Great Price!”

Would stay here again! No frills hotel in the middle of everything! 5 minute walk to Times Square. Free water bottles provided come in handy. Staff very friendly.

“Best One Yet!”

I have had to travel to NYC for the last several months for work in an organization I am in. I have ended up staying at different hotels each time but this one is the best so far. I loved it at the Club Quarters-Midtown. I've been to another but the wireless was weak. This one has so much to recommend it I don't know what else I can say. Perfect! Location is amazing too.

“Beautiful and classic”

Club Quarters at Midtown Manhattan was an excellent choice for a weekend of mother-daughter bonding and taking in the arts in the city! The hotel was just beautiful, the rooms were spacious beyond belief and the location was just a few blocks off Broadway! I would stay there again! Thanks Expedia, what a deal!

“Excellent Hotel”

The Hotel was excellent, the location is the best, 2 blocks from Times Square and 1/2 block to the 5th av. The service was very correct, although nobody eves looked at you when you entered the front door. Althoug this, people were very nice. THe relation Cost/benefit is really good

“A gemstone in the heart of the concrete jungle!”

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Only a few minute walk to the subway station and conveniently located for shopping , entertainment and restaurants. Will ALWAYS book here again.

“Hôtel de bonne classe idéalement situé.”

L'hôtel , très idéalement situé près de Times Square, et à 50 m de la 5th Avenue, se caractérise par une ambiance de bon classicisme (bois, chaleur de l'architecture intérieure nèo classique, calme), un très bon équipement, un accès gratuit à Internet en wireless, une salle de fitness (...si la pluie contrarie votre jogging à Central Park, 1 Km, ....mais c'est dommage). Bref , on s'y sent bien et très bien accueilli . Qui plus est, le tarif W.E est particulièrement intéressant compte tenu de New York et de la situation dans NY. Ajouter le prix TRES abordable d'un breakfast suffisamment varié.

“Ready for my next trip”

I was very pleased with the Club Quarters and after I was in realized I had stayed in a Club Quarters in London last Sept. Yes, the room was small but that was the only negative. The location was perfect for my purpose - Broadway shows. (I saw five!) And the price was right.
