To get to this hotel , you have to pay really good attention, because there is no sign to indicate that this is your hotel, wasn't until we were basically in front of the it that we were able to see the name. The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable, but the hallways and walls to get to your room were brown color and makes it look cheapy and old, the service was exceptional, very nice and friendly people. The location super one blick from Time Square ans even rhat the room is super quiet. Overall very satisfied, we'll use it again!.
“Very Impressed”
Excellent hotel!!! I stayed for only one night on a Tuesday. They upgraded me to a junior suite at no extra cost. Staff were extremely friendly. We were greeted with a welcome card/note from the manager. Doorman called hailed a cab for us on our way to dinner, then arranged for the hotel's towncar to bring us to the airport for a flat rate. Modern design. The room (suite) was VERY spacious, especially for a manhattan hotel. Everything in the room was very clean. The bathroom was huge. It had both a large standup shower and a bathtub. Bed was very comfortable. Stayed on the 11th floor, and it was quiet. It's located right between 5th and 6th ave, so literally 1 1/2 blocks west of times square. There are 3 banks and a CVS pharmacy right around the corner. I didn't get a chance to use the gym... It's a relatively new hotel, but it shows that they're trying to make a good impression. I travel to NY at least 2-3 times a year, and this has now become one of my favorite manhattan hotels.
“Kicking It at Cassa”
On my first trip to New York , I was immediately greeted by friendly Nari at the front desk. As she retrieve my reservation, she engaged me in a very informative conversation. It was clear the staff was there to make my trip comfortable. Gee, I was expecting the stereotypic rude New Yorker as seen on TV. The room was small but very relaxing. But as everyone says in life, "It's location, location ... The hotel was conveniently located. Time Square was a 3-5 minute walk. The Today Show was 10 minutes away. Everything was within walking distance, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Central Park, Grand Central Station, Bryant Park, Empire State ... On my next trip, I will make it a point to return to Cassa Hotel
“Can't wait to go back!”
As mentioned above it is state of the art and the price was so amazing. I would have preferred to be a bit more north such as in the 50's but the location turned out to not be a problem.
“Better than the 1st time around”
This was my second go around at the hotel and it was even better than the first. They kicked it up a notch in the service - although i dont even know how that was possible since the first time it was excellent. The rooms are great - no change from before. I'll be back again. This is my new NY home.
“Great NY hotel”
I looked on google street maps and it showed building works outside! That's all in the past & finished now, the hotel is a little gem. The room (like all NY hotel rooms) was a bit small, but really well appointed with a great shower room. It's positioned on 45th st. between 6th & 7th aves. (which is just off Times Sq. and Broadway) and is pretty central for all attractions. Plenty of bars and a great diner around the corner on 44th st. The staff are cheerful and friendly and more than happy to offer directions or suggestions if it's your first time in NY as ours was. We didn't use the hotel restaurant as it was a bit expensive but not more than any other hotel restaurant. I'd seriously consider using the Cassa again if we go back to NY.
“Unbelieveable...GREAT STAY...will look for this hotel next time...”
Unbelieveably nice people at the front desk and throughout the hotel. Very nice experience...actually the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at in NYC. The bathrooms and showers are phenominal...all marble and glass showers. Everything was VERY clean and neat in this place. I didn't have any breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

Great location, service, staff, room, amenities. Would not change a single thing about my stay or experience. Will be recommending this hotel to all my collegues and friends.
