“impressed”
I thought i would have some type of hassle with check in and etc. They gave me my room key and the room was nice the tv service was nice and the continental breakfast was nice, also the check out was really quick.

This was a great deal and everything worked out as expected....so this was a very satisfying experience
“Nice hotel but a little more expensive”
This hotel was nice. The rooms are very small, comfortable bed. I had a flight the next morning and used the hotel shuttle, which was on time and no problems. The shuttle droped me right off at my terminal. I booked this hotel because they had the airport shuttle, but the hotel is more expensive. If the price was right I would stay here again.

“Pleasant surprise !”
Easy free shuttle.Shuttle drivers not friendly but they did thier job effieciently. Area around hotel not great but very safe feeling for walking a few blocks to stores and burger king. Hotel check-in easy and clerks very nice and accommodating. Room was very satisfying. Free continental breakfast was great, make your own waffle machine,omelets,sausage, buscuits,fruit,cereal,juice,coffee,pastries. Internet not free though. If you want to go to Manhatten the easiest way is take shuttle back to the airport and take the airtran to the Howard Beach station , then A train into city.It's about eight dollars and takes about 45min. to Times Sq. We utilized this hotel for our international flight the next night. We enjoyed our stay here so much we stayed another night when we came back to the states several weeks later. We ordered from the Chinese Takeout menu that they offer upon check-in on our 2nd stay and would advise against it. It was the worst chinese food I'd ever eaten and we are not picky eaters at all especially considering when coming home from two weeks in Africa any familiar food would generally taste great. Try the pizza takeout others we saw eating it said it was really good. So anytime we leave from Jfk we would certainly stay at this hotel.

The manager and staff were most cordial and helpful in every way. Management took care of a problem with good humor and in a timely fashion.

I stayed at this hotel to catch a early flight out of JFK. The hotel staff was very nice and the rooms were immaculate. Not much to do around the area but the price made it justifable for NYC.
“little gem of kennedy airport”
Being a native New Yorker and the outrageous prices associated with hotels I was pleasantly surprised with this little hotel. I chose staying at JFK to catch a early morning flight. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, they had a 24 hour shuttle to the airport, the rooms were immaculate and when my flight got cancelled the next day I had a whole day to kill and was able to visit Manhattan and get back all in a few hours!! There is no pay per view but they have free high speed internet. Just remember this is NY do not expect huge rooms. I just hope they don't raise their prices after reading this review!!!
