Liked - location was interesting; however, very noisy for rooms with King beds. Room was fine. Workers were knowledgeable and friendly.
Disliked - new BW logo not recognizable; clean light switches, TV remote. Coffee/tea amenities - no expiration dates and only had decaf. Small lobby and dining area.

Good price but had no coffee available in room, sink drain very slow, outside window wouldn’t close, shampoo/ soap dispenser didn’t work. But people were nice and breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean, the hallways had a funny odor, the room was a good size (2 Queen Beds), but we encountered noisy neighbors - you hear everything from footsteps, doors slamming, tv & music. The breakfast was good and included w/my reservation. Great location and good value.

Great location! Steps to Grand St. subway station. Excellent complimentary breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. Be sure to eat at Vanessa's Dumpling House, and Lombardi's Pizza ;)

Liked the staff who were helpful and friendly.
Comfortable bed and breakfast included.
Would come back.
Convenient location close to two metro stations. Breakfast area uninspiring but we were pleasantly surprised with what was on offer, although there was less choice each day from Friday to Monday.
Good size room, very comfortable bed, lots of traffic noise even with double glazing, luckily l had earplugs!
Friendly and helpful staff, quiet neiberhood, a lot of restaurants, good for a low Manhhatan stay

Over all, a nice hotel room, although small. The hotel itself is nothing special but the location is perfect for Chinatown/Little Italy. Service isn't great. When we got into the room, there was no soap or shampoo. After we called down, someone brought up exactly one soap bar. We ended up buying our own shampoo and soap for the night there. Also, no mini-fridge in the room.
We would probably stay here again, although it would be a second choice behind a place like the Wyndham Garden.
