“Great Hotel, Great Service”

Could not have asked for a better stay. Perfect hotel, great location, very attentive staff. If you go in the summer, check out Bryant Park in the afternoon on Sat/Sun - great music and bar.

“Modern and convenient”

Great location, excellent restaurant - a top quality, contemporary boutique hotel. Cons - small closet, vanity lighting not good for make-up. We had a courtyard room, and it was nice and quiet.

“ABSOLUTELY GREAT.... BRAND NEW HOTEL”

FANTASTIC MODERN HOTEL!!! My friend and I spent a night in andaz fifth avenue on the end of july (and the hotel opened on july the 5th, so it's a really a new new new hotel), and everything was just amazing! First, it's right on fifth avenue and next to new york public library and bryant park, so they have a little of nice city view there. The staff and room service is so great! The lobby is very unique. The hotel is really trying to create a open space, so all the staff carry a laptop around and they check you in with that; meanwhile you can sit in the lounge and get a sip of free water, tea, orange juice....you name it, and there is free wine at night as well. Then the staff who just checked in for you will lead you to your room and explain all the features to you. The room is both horizontally and vertically large in space and very high-tech (you will know what i m talking about when you get there..oh yeah)The best part is that the mini bar is FREE except the alcohols. They offer fizzylizzy and a kind of local organic black tea (came in glass bottle) which tastes really good and several kinds of water. And all of these are refillable and still free! My friend and I really loved Andaz, and that's why I decide to write a piece of opinion here, despite the lack of my english proficiency. We will definitely stay there again when we come to new york city.

“Huge Room, Super Clean!”

Awesome place to stay for price! Rooms are very spacious and bathroom is huge for NY! Great location on 5th Ave. Rooms are super super clean as I was worried about bed bugs! I even checked the mattress and it looked brand new! Service was amazing and staff worked very hard to book us dinner reservations at amazing recommendations! I would highly recommend this hotel for a very comfortable stay!

hôtel de rêve- aux très belles prestations: personnel à l'écoute, très disponible, très professionnel- Nous avions une suite, avec coin repas, coin kitchenette (micro-onde, frigidaire, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, nespresso....), salon spacieux (avec écran LCD sur tout un panneau mural), chambre agréable (avec deuxième écran LCD et literie king size très confortable), une très grande SDB avec douche à l'italienne ménage impéccable, personnel discret idéalement situé: très central, sur la 5th avenue, à deux pas de Brayan park, un petit havre de verdure au milieu de la ville parfaitement desservi: bus devant l'hôtel, métro à Bryan park (soit moins de 100m) à recommander très vivement ++++++++++

“World class hotel in midtown Manhattan”

Went as an older family. Staff very friendly and always polite. Room was out of this world. Location on 5th Ave could not have been better - ideal for all districts even downtown. May not have been 100 % suitable for young families but did see some staying there. Strange not to have a kettle in the room but complimentary beverages in the foyer kept the room clutter free. Will always stay here from now on and keep on recommending this hotel to others. Bravo.

“New, modern and clean.”

This hotel is a very nice hotel. It has very modern and trendy touches. The complimentary beverage is very convenient. The decoration of the room is very clean and the bathroom is beautifull. I only wish that the glass that separates the shower area would be a little longer so no splash would go out in the floor.
