Un hôtel assez cher mais conforme pour NYC. En tout cas, dans cette gamme mieux que ce que j'ai fait précédemment. Il y a un bar à la mode au RDC avec de la musique live le soir qui est très sympa ! de bons cocktails et une ambiance assez jeune. Les chambres sont correctes avec une SDB de qualité. Réception avec un trés bon service. Petit déjeuner de bon niveau mais cher (35$)

We stayed in a large king as a family of 3 with a 2 year old. It was a great size and we really appreciated the extra living room space for play and the larger fridge for necessities. Add in the cool factor with the loaner guitar and the friendly staff and we’d definitely stay there again. My only complaint was the construction that limited the traffic flow at times.

I expected more to be honest. The arrival was awful, couldn’t do an early check in and the hospitality was not at all warm. There was a leak in my shower and it was not until I left a review that a manager approached me with a tangible solution- which I’m super grateful to him. Jesus, the manager who helped me- was the one that made my stay more comfortable and at least changed my perception of the hotel for the last night, he was very nice and helpful. It’s not only about the place but the quality of the service.

Fantastic location and comfortable bed. Only negative was the lack of light overall throughout the hotel and room felt a little tired. But great for the tourist who is out and about during the day and a comfortable place to rest your head after all the walking.

I found this hotel to be highly overrated and not a good value for the price. The air conditioning doesn't work in the rooms. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful in the extreme with the bar staff being the worst in particular. They are rude and don't even pay attention to someone sitting at the bar. It's also oddly cheap in some ways. They have gross hand soap bars in the room but nowhere to place them so it just sticks to the sink and becomes a mess. The rooms are also poorly insulated from noise so you just hear everything between the neighbors and the street. There are a lot better value deals in NYC than here.
