“Good cost hotel!”

The spot is not very convenience but quite many restaurants are nearby. A park next to it for walking. The room is very very big when you compare with other hotel in HK, which is very good. Kitchen is provided for cooking, but extra cost is needed. Staff are very young but nice. ^^ I enjoy the stay. good for cost~

“its good value hotel with spacious room.”

Its an apartment hotel..had microwave and sofa bed.The toilet not worked properly..but there was plenty of room..Its clean. can fit 4-5 people.and near shopping centre and restaurant and 7 eleven, tram line and bus stop. Its very convenient for trasportation and more relax than Kowloon.. The area was New Teritories..next to GInza plaza (near Ginza tram line) If you wanted to be close to Temple st market..its the not as convienient. You need to change to Tin Shui Wai st from the tram to change again for Mei Foo st for Central-Tsuen Wan line and stop at Jordan st. You can catch bus from airport all the way to this hotel..it will took 1,5hours.Almost the last stop, Walk on left side outside the park toward Ginza plaza. Catch bus no E34..cost only A $4-5 Please buy prepaid Octopus card at the airport to used to paid for the transport..and shops. There was Hk$50 deposit each card that will be refunded at the airport minus Hk$7 fee. Recommendation: 1.Macau (great hote/casinol,cheap entertainment, food) 2.Ngong Ping 360 cable tram =great view ..including The Giant Buddha. 3.Sky Tram (Victoria Peak) inl. sky terrace,Madame tussaud museum,Forrest Gump restaurant. 4.Avenue of the star (like walk of fame Hk style) 5.Temple St Market.

Hotel is litle far away from the Kwoloon Is. Compare the room i stay in Mongkok is much biiger and comfortable, room is clean and i feel satisfly. There are 2 shopping mall nearby the hotel,banking,eating,clothing.....if you don't mind to take 45 mins ridding a bus to city,i recommand this hotel. I will book for it next time when i travel again.

“Definitely recommend - would stay again”

The only thing that could be faulted was location - approx 20-30 minutes from central. However, there is a light rail station outside the hotel, and then one change. Otherwise there is a regular shuttle bus.

“Mixed Blessings”

All-in-all I was quite happy with my stay. HOWEVER, when making the reservation I had mentioned that I am an extremely light sleeper and asked that I have a quiet room, AND asked how one got from the airport to the hotel. I received no reply to my airport request, and they gave me the room closest to the elevators, so it seems to me no one bothered to read my special request. As other reveiws point out, this hotel is VERY inconvenient to downtown HK, but if you're aware of that when you ask for a room you'll be prepared for the hassle of getting into town. I've been to HK many times over the years, so I didn't mind, and the room was very nice, so it made up for the inconvenience. If one stays downtown you'll pay much more for a room not half as large. If you want a rest and not a shopping spree, this is a good choice.

“Great Value, Rooms, Service, View but a bit Far”

Stayed in the Superior room which was was very large (North American sized rooms) and had a unblocked view of Tin Shui Wai. Everything at the hotel was top notch (service, condition, cleanliness). The only issue we had was the location. Bus took at least 45 minutes off peak to the Island or Kowloon. After a couple days by bus, we gave up and took the MTR. Hotel is next to the East Rail which is a 5 minute ride to the MTR. For first timers, the East Rail can be confusing - there are different routes so you have to know which direction and route to take. Hotel offers a shuttle for $90 HKD to Airport with first shuttle running at 5AM. It is also next to Kingswood Ginza Shopping Centre so there is food and shopping close by but no other significant attractions nearby except for the Wetlands.

“A good getaway”

Stayed for 3 days as part of 2 weeks in HK. Above a shopping centre with lovely park which made it very relaxing. We were in Tower 1 well away from Pool in Tower 2. Note You pay extra to use the cooking facilities in the suite. Gave us a real chance to see more of real HK

“A little far from the action but a good choice”

The only problem with the hotel is it's far away from the main shopping and entertainment districts of Hong Kong. Located in the New Territories, the hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Tsim Tsa Tsu, where the famous Star Ferry can give you a ride to the Central district for HK$2. The bus costs HK$20 each way, and takes around 40 minutes. US$1 = HK$7.8. Besides that, the hotel is nice and features big rooms with a microwave and room safe. The hotel's gym is well equipped. Behind the hotel is a shopping center with smaller stores.

“Great for a couple on a short trip :)”

My husband and I spent four nights here and thought the hotel was great for the price. Our room was very clean and the staff was helpful. We liked that we were supplied fresh robes each day, that the toiletries were always restocked and they made sure that there was free bottled water in the room. The pool was well maintained and quite enjoyable. It was great to go here for an evening swim after a long day. Our one gripe is that they no longer have any free WiFi in the lobby and it has been password locked. Apparently they no longer offer this service and will send you to one of their cafes. As many have noted, the location of the hotel is very far from central Hong Kong, and it takes about 45 minutes to get to Tsim Sha Tsui. We found it fine, because we don't return to our hotels during the day anyways, as we are out and about. The great thing is that the hotel (tower 2) is just steps away from the light rail Ginza stop. You just take this and connect easily with the MTR station Tin Shui Wai.
