“Very Impressive”
For a 3-1/2 star hotel this is way out of our expectations. The ambiance is very good. Lobby is imporessive. Rooms are well kept and rooms are being clean daily and fresh towel are provided. Staff need some improvement on their customer service skills especially for foreigners as a guest to the hotel. Restaurant food selection is great. Very convienient location. Shuttle services for a minimal fee is okay and on time. It will be better if hotel will provide a shuttle service for the patron going and coming from the airport for free. Tour reservation is alright and organized. Excellent tour packaged. Overalll this is one of the hotel that we will reccommend to stay in Hongkong.
“Would definately go back”
Although the hotel itself is about 40 mins outside the centre of Hong Kong island the transit in and out was easy and cheap with the MTR Station 100 mtrs from the hotel. Our room was 'suite' sized and very comfortable and clean. You feel like you really are in China as it is away from the main tourist track. They do run a shuttle bus directly from the Airport for a reasonable fee. We would definately go back.
“Can't wait to go back”
We stayed at this hotel July 2010 and July 16-23, 2011. It is a great hotel. Only need one bus to get to downtown, and the light rail is great too. Very conveinient. Two big malls beside the hotel. There is a laundramat in one of the malls beside the hotel thats much cheaper and very convienient. The two malls have plenty of places to eat. The staff are very helpful and friendly.We would definately book this hotel again.

“Awesome Hotel”
We enjoyed the time staying at Harbour Plaza Resort City. It was our 3rd time to Hong Kong and this was our best stay. We stayed in other hotels in the other 2 visits. The hotel is beyond our expectation, considering the price. The room is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. They have a nice swimming pool. People there were very friendly and helpful. They were always trying their best to help us. The location is close to everything - shopping mall, restaurants, library, parks, supermarket, bus and train, except to the city (only about 30 mins). We haven't tried their restaurants because we went to the local restaurants and cafe near the hotel which are just next to it. But the food in the hotel restaurant looks very good. The surrounding is not crowded. We had a good time walking in the street, without people asking you to buy watches or other things. We were happy staying there and will book again next time to Hong Kong.

“An excellent value”
Spacious, especially for the price. Compare the room I stayed before, this hotel is much bigger and comfortable,room is very clean. Close to public transportation and they also have Hotel shuttle bus to downtown and airport. There are 2 shopping mall nearby the hotel,banking,eating,clothing.....if you don’t mind to take 45 mins ridding a bus to city. I definitely will stay in the same hotel if I visit Hongkong again.
“Dirt Cheap 4-star Hotel in Hong Kong”
There is no cheaper hotel in Hong Kong period! And in terms of 4-star, this rivals any other 4-star in HK at even 4X the price. The only negative is that it is not on HK island. So if you need to budget about 45 minutes travel time from the hotel to Central. But the subway is very convenient and has connections right to the door of the hotel!
“Wonderful holiday location!”
Very pleased with the hotel, the room was excellent, great view, very spacious and clean. Hotel full of babies and children of all ages. Nice mall with lots of restaurants near by.
