“Quite, Relaxing and Cozy”

The hotel was nice, and clean. The staff was personable and friendly. The pool was large and warm. The hot tub was great too. We had a room with the whirlpool tub and that was relaxing as well. Great place to stay while visiting Amish country.

“Nice Hotel and clean”

The only thing that I would be turned off on with this hotel is that it had so many pets. Seems everybody that checked in had a dog. I don't like to stay where dogs have stayed. Sorry animal lovers, I have a dog also, but always get a friend to dog sit, or kennel him. I don't think that pets need to stay where humans stay in hotels, because off the sanitation of the rooms.

“Would go back again if my sisters wanted to go. It was very nice.”

Employees were very friends and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. Our stay was most rewarding. The sitting area was quit cozy and relaxing. All and all we all seemed to enjoy the say. If I ever go back to Amish Country this is one of the nicest places to stay..

“Great place to stay”

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had while there was a clogged drain in the bathroom sink. Housekeeping staff said they couldn't recreate it, but I could every time I used it. I wish the head housekeeper had a better attitude, but it was a very minor inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. All other staff were extremely polite and helpful. I am also very picky about the cleanliness of places I stay and this one gets 5 stars!

“What a Pleasant Suprise!”

Our stay in this hotel was most pleasant and I certainly understand why they have received so many awards. Our room was spotless as were the halls, stairwells, elevator and grounds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In this small rural town it was a plesant suprise to find such a well kept, well staffed, professional hotel. I hope I have the occasion to stay there again!

“conditions of others”

The hotel in itself was great. The only real problem was the hotel booked a family with children and placed them on the third floor. A room direclty above us and the children did nothing but run and sounded like a heard of buffalo's. Maybe this type of family might be placed on the first floor, to avoid keeping guests awake.
