Great ExperiencePosted 28-Jul-2014
Pros: The Staff and the room.
Cons: Clean up the walls near the pool
The hotel was great, the staff was very nice to us. The location was the best part- everything was almost walking distance or a bike ride away. Our room was awesome.

Pros: It was beautiful, The Grill room was a marvelous venue for our party
Cons: I had a beautiful view of the river on the 20th floor, but the windows were cloudy.
Location: The location is convenient for so many of the things we wanted to do.
We had a fabulous time at the Windsor Court! The staff were helpful every time we needed any thing! The staff in the concierge room were terrific! I and my guests felt so comfortable, and it made my visit even more enjoyable.

Short but sweetPosted 4-Jul-2014
Pros: Location is great, staff is friendly, rooms are very nicely furnished and immaculate.
Location: Great location. Close to everything including the French Quarter and the Casino (which is right across the street), but the hotel is like an oasis.
We arrived several hours before check-in time, so I asked if we could drop off our bags while we wandered around New Orleans. The receptionist said no problem, but let's see if we can get you into your room...which they did, at 11am! And what a beautiful room it was, with a great view of the city looking out towards the French Quarter. The room was great, the facilities were clean (pool and fitness center) and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Magnificent Hotel in Great Location!Posted 28-Jun-2014
Cons: I am hard-pressed to think of anything, but perhaps a couple of chairs on the balcony. We spent each night on the balcony watching thunderstorms.
Location: You have easy access to the entire city: a five minute walk to the French Quarter as well as a five-minute walk to the street cars and buses.
I can't say enough about the Windsor Court. Although somewhat nondescript on the outside, the inside of the Windsor Court is magnificent and is eclipsed only by its unbelievably welcoming, helpful and respectful staff. Whatever we needed --- a roll-away bed, extra towels, a taxi --- the staff was always prompt, efficient and courteous. We got a suite, which was fine for my wife and I and three kids. The location is perfect: a five-minute stroll to the French Quarter, so close enough to everything but also kind of tucked away in a quiet corner of the city (even though it is across the street from a casino, you wouldn't know it). We did not rent a car for our five-day stay and we were fine.

Good location close to French Quarter but noisy.Posted 27-May-2014
Pros: We liked the nice entrance with the courtyard. Lobby has music at cocktail time for a quiet drink.
Cons: The bathrooms could use improvement, with separate tub and showers. Double vanities would be better. Fans in the bath would help with fogging.
Location: It is near all the things you need to do.
The rooms are large and comfortable. Bath rooms are a little dated but big. Nice sitting area by the window to read the morning paper at the door. There is a workout area & pool which were pleasant and a great setting on the 4th floor, looking out to the buildings around. We liked the area, easy to walk to local cafes or to the French Quarter, Casino, new Riverwalk outlets and the Aquarium.

Great locationPosted 19-May-2014
Pros: Beautiful facilities and walking distance to everywhere
Cons: The staff were very good but they could be better.
Location: RiverWalk, convention center, art district, French Quarter
We recently stayed (again) at the Windsor Court - this time for Tulane graduation. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and it's art collection very engaging. The hotel staff is pleasant and helpful, but not exceptional (very picky on my part). We stayed in a suite which was large and very, very comfortable with a large sitting room, a well-separated bed room and two separate sink, mirror, bathroom setup....more space than at home! The hotel is easy walking distance to the art district, the river front and convention center and the French Quarter. This is my favorite hotel in New Orleans.
