“Windsor is Wonderful”
Some things are a little bit dated, but overall a wonderful place to stay in a fabulous location. Valet service for retrieving our car was always virtually instantaneous.
“Regal and refined hotel with outstanding service”
Large rooms and comfort maintained well in one of America's historic cities.
“The Windsor Court was wonderful”
I just returned from 6 days at the Windsor Court. The hotel was beautiful. I didn't see any other hotel in New Orleans that compared. The lobby was large and well appointed and had a wonderful english tea served every afternoon. We stayed in the largest deluxe suite. It was perfect. We had many room service meals and the food was wonderful as well. The location is walking distance to everything and is in a quiet area. If I return to New Orleans I will definitely stay here again.
“Christmas in the "Big Easy"”
The Windsor Court is a beautiful and charming hotel. Our family of 5 adults loved our stay down to the gracious robes and slippers provided for our use. Everyone was helpful and while the hotel sports some older furnishing and coverings in the full suites these added to the charm of this old English style hotel. We would definitely return to this first class hotel and its' city.
“Post-Katrina visit”
A wonderful hotel is operational again with the same standards of hospitality and service you would expect if you had stayed previously. It is wonderful to know that although much has changed in the city, somethings can be counted upon. The Windsor Court is one of those.
“Very satisfied with my stay”
Staff very personable, excellent stay.
“Great location, comfortable and great service”
the only negative was $6.00 dollar coffee in the restaurant for breakfast.
“New Orleans Best Hotel!!!”
If you want to feel pampered and indulged then Windsor Court Hotel is for you. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful, can't do enough for you. The rooms are wonderful, very plush and the twice a day house keeping service is exceptional. The location of the hotel was perfect too, walking distance to everything and not so close that it was noisy. The pool was so pretty and the temp. was perfect, hard to find that in April anywhere. Just can not say enough good things about this hotel, I will never stay anywhere else in New Orleans. Enjoy, we sure did!!! Can't wait to go back!
“New Orlean's Best Hotel”
This was our first trip to New Orleans since Katrina and the Windsor Court continues it same standard of excellence. The rooms are spacious and the service is everything you could want from a hotel. The Polo Lounge is still the sophiscated "watering hole" for New Orleans elite.
“The PERFECT place to stay”
This hotel is the best I've stayed in. Beautiful facilities, perfect room, totally nice and responsive staff, excellent location, and calming atmosphere. The price was well worth it. Hands down a perfect place to stay!!
