“Bring your dog!”
We really liked the location a little ways outside of the French Quarter. The staff could not have been nicer! We brought our small dog and everyone was more than happy to take care of him while we went to dinner or lunch. Would definitely stay here again!
“Love the W New Orleans”
The entire staff, especially Jamie, Hayward, Lawrence, Darren and Danny (wish I remembered everyone's names) were absolutely wonderful and give the words "Southern hospitality" a whole new meaning.....thank you for sharing your amazing hotel and city with us!!!!
“Simply Great”
Great hotel, nice location, very helpful staff, however, the pool is small and was often busy.
“Great Location/Great Hotel”
Stayed at this hotel for a fun girls trip. It is very sleek and modern. The beds are wonderful....but the room was a little crowded/small. It is across the street from the casino and the riverwalk. Also on the same block as Mutha's restaurant. Great Location. Access to soo much. Great service also.
“Great hotel”
This hotel was wonderful. Close to the riverfront, close to the French Quarter. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. My only complaint was the menu in the restaurant....very limited. But I would definitely stay there again.
“New Orleans coming back....”
The W New Orleans was excellent, situated near the French Quarter (a few blocks walk)it is what you would expect from a boutique hotel. Hip, trendy with a cool vibe. Modern contempory rooms, cool bars, trendy restaurant and great service. New Orleans suffered greatly from Hurrican Katrina, but being there you would not have know anything had happened.
“This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at”
This was a very nice hotel. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and the bed divine! I have travelled quite widely and never had such comfort. Its location was close to the French Market and the French Quarter so it was easy to walk everywhere. I will seek out this hotel chain in other cities.
“Favorite”
I have been to several hotels around the world and this is by far my favorite.
“chic atmosphere”
The room was great, plenty of space. It seemed like they were a biy understaffed but the service didn't suffer too much because of it. Good location, could walk to different districts. In general New Orleans still needs about a year to recover but we had a great relaxing time. My favorite thing was rthe plush KING size bed!!!
“I will definitely return to the W New Orleans”
Our stay was wonderful in New Orleans and at the W. We ran into a few issues with service in the restaurant and with room service, but the staff was amazing at recovering and "wowing" us to make up for it. The entire team at the W was very helpful and really friendly - one member of our party was sick and needed medical attention and the staff quickly accomodated our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in new orleans. It's also very close to the French Quarter, Garden District and next to the Casino.
