Good Location

Posted 31-Jul-2015
The hotel is in a great location. They had scheduled social events for guests that offered food, drink and the opportunity to mingle and meet other guests. Its was refreshing to stay in a hotel that cared enough to plan activities. The only negative was the AC was not working as great as it could have been. Look forward to visiting there again soon.

Conveniently placed hotel.

Posted 22-Jul-2015
Pros: It was acceptable for what we needed.
Cons: More bath towels.
Location: Warehouse district New Orleans. walking distance to French Quarter, Harahs casino. Many restaurants nearby.
Hotel was good. When we arrived we were told that we had a king room with a pull out bed. I specifically requested two queen beds when I booked as there were four adults. We were also tole that their hotel parking was full and we would have to wait until the next day to access it. We had to park in a public parking across the road, which concerned us as we had a vehicle full of luggage, as we had just been on a vacation. As it turned out it was fine. When we returned to the hotel with our luggage we were told that they had a room with two queen beds. We were relieved, but we should not have had to go through the stress of being told what we were told. We had driving for 9 hours and then were sitting for three hours in a traffic jam on the I10 so we were very tired and fed up.We were also told that because we had booked through a third party that the hotel will allocate what room it feels like. It will now make me think before I book through a third party again.

Brilliant hotel

New Orleans is an amazing city and this hotel makes it even better! I really enjoyed my stay at the staybridge. The staff, especially monique, couldn't be more helpful. The room was very spacious and the well equipped kitchenette was very useful. The breakfast was incredible - so much choice and so tasty. The breakfast staff were very accommodating too. The atmosphere of the hotel is very friendly so all the guests chatted at breakfast and helped each other out. Great hotel!

Lovely reasonably priced, near French Quarter

Posted 16-Jul-2015
Pros: Family friendly and pets allowed.
Cons: Lock on door to room did not work properly. It took several tries to unlock the door to let myself out of the room.
Great location the Riverwalk and Outlet Shops and French Quarter are all within walking distance. Good restaurants and cafes also nearby. Public transportation convenient and is easy to use. Hotel staff in general were polite and pleasant. I would stay here again. Where else can you get a free hot breakfast every morning!

Convenient location

Hotel is within walking distance to bourbon street, french quarter, shopping and Harrah's casino. Room was large with a kitchenette and fridge. The only downside is the $30 parking rate.

Nice stay in Good location, close to french quarter.... Easy walking distance to Jackson square, bourbon street and associated sights. Very nice hotel, but a pricy parking fee
