“Great Place to stay in New Orleans”
Husband and I stayed over Mardi Gras 2/20-2/24. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restuarants, shopping and bars. Overall good experience. I would definitely stay at the Springhill suites again.
“Nice stay”
Convenient location with waking distance to city center and the river. Reasonable price and good breakfast. The staff are freindly.
“Tulane Parents Place!”
Door got stuck in bathroom, but bed was comfy. Close to museum and lots of great food.
“Springhill Suites”
This hotel had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and I travel alot. We also thought the breakfast (which was included) was the best also! Make you own Bevarian waffles with strawberries and whipped cream!!! Then a short walk to the cruise terminal...great stay before our cruise. Actually enjoyed it more than the cruise.
“Good value”
This was our second stay at this hotel and it just gets better. The room was GREAT especially for the price. Parking was very convenient and reasonable. The breakfast was really good. We'll be back again.
“Convenient and comfortable”
Room size was strange with a narrow hall between bedroom and living area. Made narrower with a tv to squeeze by. All night snack bar with beverages was much appreciated Breakfast was include and very nice
“Will return again”
It was a very clean and friendly environment. The location was convienent.
“great hotel!”
We have no complaints! Booked online, checked in quickly. We parked right outside the entrance in their secure parking lot. Walked a few blocks to Mothers for dinner. Pool is fun for the kids. Slept comfortably and the room was quiet. The workers do start around 7am (the hotel is under rennovation), but we barely heard them. Breakfast was fair..not alot to choose from, but better than muffins. We'd stay again!
“Would rebook in this hotel again”
This hotel was so conveniently located near the convention center which we walked many times within the day. Close enough to walk to the trolley pickup, Riverwalk, and the French Quarter. The continental breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold foods, fresh fruits and yogurt, and plenty of beverage options. The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants, providing directions, and servicing the rooms. Many bilingual employees. Upon arrival, toilet did not work, asked for a different room which was filled with mildew, asked for another and was extremely satisfied.
“No problem in choosing this hotel again”
Well located. Secure to walk all around. Close to the convention center.
