La localisation de l'hotel dans le quartier historque de la N-O était très bien. La chambre et les ascenseurs de l'hotel aurait besoin de rénovation

Liked location, pool, comfortable bed, all staff,balcony, and restaurant.
Disliked bathroom, needs update, shower not hot enough and stinging stream. Very loud through the night, trash pickup every 0300! No complimentary coffee! $500 a night, curtain to balcony and bed shirt stained, please -can do better than this.

Great location in the heart of NOLA French Quarter, a historic old-style hotel.
Does not deserve four stars. Caulking in the bathroom was worn and black with mold. The bar and hotel selection was way too limited. The staircase rug in the once elegant entrance was frayed and worn.

Close to everything in the French Quarter. Beautiful, well maintained building although our room was small.
