“Great Hotel”
Very nice hotel. We stayed at the Sheraton for the first 3 nights we were in New Orleans and the rooms there are quite small. The Loews hotel room was so much bigger and nicer. The staff was great. They let us check in early and were very helpful with restaurant and tour recommendations. There is a nice lap pool on the 8th floor with Sauna and hot tub along with a fitness facility. I would stay here again!
“All Good!!”
My husband and I traveled to New Orleans for a business/leisure trip. I had never stayed at a Lowes hotel before but I will now. We received an immediate upgrade with our Expedia VIP card and the room was beautiful!! It was clean and very well appointed. The free coffee was great!! Bed was comfortable!! I used the workout room every day...it was clean, the machines were excellent, they provided cold water and a bowl of apples every day. The bellmen were exceptional!! Always ready to hail a cab, give directions and always a pleasant hello!!
“Mother's Day weekend at the Lowes in NOLA”
My husband, our dear friend and I loved the room and the Mother's Day Brunch. The room was quite large and my husband really enjoyed the room since he spent more time there than my friend and I. The bathroom was quite nice and the only complaint I might have was the shortage of wash clothes. When two women are in a room, they use those things. Otherwise we loved the room and the checkin and chechout service, the Valet parking service was very good while the price was a little high for the parking but that seems the norm in NOLA.
“Great choice”
The Loew's Hotel on Poydras was clean and quiet and the room and bathroom were both spacious.
“Best hotel for pet owners”
Extremely nice hotel. The staff were extra friendly. The restaurant, Cafe Adelaide, was great as well. They only charge a one time fee if you have a dog and have a dog floor, so if you want to avoid all the dogs, it is just as easy. Our "dog room" didn't smell like a dog room at all. I would definitely use this hotel again.
“Quick Trip To New Orleans”
The hotel was very nice. The room was nicely furnished, staff was very helpful and friendly, housekeeping was reliable, and location was great.
“A good esperience”
I recently stayed at Lowes New orleans and was very impressed with the service, room amenities and the location of the hotel . The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating. The bar and the restaurant were friendly and the food was very good . I would go back tomorrow.
“Loved the Place”
Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel, wonderful view. Location is perfect for catching street car or walking to most places. Loved my stay at the Loews and one of the best parts was the organized parking with plenty of helpful doorman. Will stay there again.
“Overall great hotel”
One glich w/ someone else trying to get into our room w/ a key in the middle of the night which was scary but the staff seemed concerned correcting problem and investigating why and comped us a meal
“Looking forward to going back”
I am looking forward to staying at the hotel again. The hotel staff is very courteous and the hotel itself is spotless. We thorougly enjoyed our stay and will recommend the hotel to family, friends, and business associates.
