“Can't wait to go back!”
The room was nice especially for the price and it was a block away from bourbon street. I was nervous because of the price but it was better than what I expected. The only downside was that there was no breakfast and room service was expensive. I will be staying here again when I return to New Orleans. Great price and even better location.
“Good value, large room”
Our room was very large. Even with 2 beds, there was a large amount of open space in the room and bathroom. The 12-foot ceilings made it seem even larger. Staff was very helpful, even letting us check in at 12:30 (posted time is 3). Would definitely stay again.
“Looking forward to next time!!!!!!!!!!!!”
amazingly beautiful hotel. great location, great staff, great service. our room was huge & beautiful. The balcony was awesome! Very affordable. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the French Quarter!! Looking forward to our next trip.
“Would stay here again!”
The hotel was wonderful. It was exactly what I expected. It is an old hotel, but has been kept up very well. The staff was all very pleasant and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.
“Great hotel in a great location!”
Great hotel in a great location! Right off Bourbon Street, so you won't get the noise and music from the party goers. Staff was delightful. Beds are super comfy. Parking is pricey, but park your own car instead of letting valet park it for you. The garage is right across the street.
“Beautiful Hotel”
I live in Louisiana and travel to New Orleans often so I have seen the worst and the best. This hotel is a best! Very clean, very well kept, beautiful rooms, great location is you are there for the night life. Only down side was that you had to park in a garage across the street, but the plus is that it was only $10.00 versus the $30.00 most hotels charge in the area to have valet parking. When we arrived the clerk at the desk wasnt helpful and told us that the garage was full but we were fortunate enough to find a bell man who corrected her and brought us over. They had plenty of parking available. I have no idea why the clerk was so unwilling to help out but the overall trip was wonderful.
“Super Hotel”
Accomodations are excellent. Rooms spacious. However, we did experience a lot of noise from the street leading into the French Quarter. This may or may not be the norm since this was our first stay in the F/Q. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.
“Great location!”
We would definitely stay here again if we went back to New Orleans.
“Great hotel”
Great hotel, in a nice location. Very impressed with the rooms. Service was great, and staff was extremely helpful. Great proximity to the French Quarter. Cafe Dumond, and the riverboat cruise were great. If you like jazz, check out the Preservation Hall. For fun, you can take the St. Charles trolley car for a nice look at NO. Be careful if you are driving on Canal St., they have speed cameras that will pop you if you go over 35mph!
“Lovely hotel in ideal location”
Location was perfect, the lobby beautiful and the rooms spacious. The rooms don't have refrigerators which they should really spring for - low budget rooms have fridges. The proximity to everything in the French Quarter is absolutely perfect, the staff are attentive and friendly. It's walkable to everything in the quarter and in July the rates were incredibly reasonable. Great hotel!
