Sin embargo, lamento saber que nuestro equipo de limpieza no logró alcanzar su satisfacción. Hôtel propre et relativement bien situé géographiquement par rapport au centre ville. Un peu de nonchalance de quelques réceptionnistes, plus préoccupés à fumer leurs « cigarettes ( joints) » Au niveau du bar du restaurant, les prix sont assez élevés. Le barman ne décrochait pas de sourires. D’ailleurs il serait judicieux d’accorder des remises de prix aux clients de l’hôtel Au niveaux des chambres elles sont près peu insonorisées, du coup énormément de bruit notamment les week-ends quand les personnes viennent faire la fête à bourbon street. La chambre n’est pas faite tous les jours, sur nos 8 jours d’occupations la femme de ménage n’est pas passée que 2 fois. Pour les touristes étrangers je conseille plus de prendre un hôtel éloigné pour éviter l’afflux de locaux du vendredi au dimanche et ainsi pouvoir passer des nuits tranquilles

Several outlets in the room didn’t work and the room smelled like pot. Elevator was kinda janky and staff didn’t seem too happy to help. Hotel was a walkable distance from the French quarter and bourbon street though.

My husband and I stay here every year at this exact location. Great quiet spot but clean and close by everything hands down best hotel. I will always stay here anytime! Can’t wait to come back:)

Everything worked fine, facilities and room were kept clean. Rooms are quite small though. I had to wait a while for check-in, as the front desk personnel had been away. Neighbourhood isn't quiet by any means, but at least it's convenient and very close to the French Quarter and other nice places.

The air conditioning didn't work and I was told there was no option to switch rooms or fix it. I tried lifting the carpet to adjust the chair and it was so humid in the room, it was wet underneath. I stayed 4 nights and no one cleaned the room. I asked if they could please send someone up and they never did. I had to track down someone in the hall to get towels. It was not a great experience. Would never stay again.

We went for our 14th anniversary. We stayed 3 nights. Everything was pleasant and we had no complaints. The location is great. The streetcar stops right at the corner and famous streets are in walking distance.

location was excellent, really close to the french quarter and bourbon street and a street car line! the overhead fan in the bathroom was pretty grating and the walls are pretty thin so bring ear plugs!

This hotel is in an amazing area and the best decor a hotel could have. However, the air conditioning was out, upped the price of it right when we check in after the agreed upon price through Expedia, valet was $75 with the $100 up charge. Plus the cost of our dog being there when we told through Expedia however that information was never shared to them. The staff was rushing and the only people who seem to enjoy their job is the valet men and women who were polite and nice.

Great location. Next to Bourbon/French Quarter and Canal Street and walkable to the WWII Museum and Cochon Butcher. Trolley right outside door. I like a colder room to sleep in at night but the room temperature never dropped below 75 even though we set thermostat at 65 (it won't go lower). Minor detail I just like to sleep in the cold. Oh and the bartender Grant is an awesome dude! I'd stay here again.

I stayed at the Indigo French Quarter between 03/30/24 to 04/03/24. One block away from Bourbon St. I felt completely safe walking around the area. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30am thinking I could just check my bags and walk around until the 4 pm check in. They had a room ready! The hotel staff were awesome! We ate and drank at the hotel restaurant/bar a few times. The food was great! Shout out to the morning restaurant crew who were super nice and the bar attendant at night...Kesha. They made me feel welcome and not just another tourist. The only (slight) complaint I had with this hotel is the shower. Just a drizzle of warm water. Not powerful and not hot. I would definitely stay here again.
