“Very enjoyable stay.”
We stayed here from March 29th to April 4th and had the best time, staff were helpful and very pleasant. The service & meals at the restaurant couldn't have been better. The location for us was excellant, close to downtown, airport and Casino & Racetrack.
“An excellent stay”
The Holiday Inn Metairie was an excellent hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable. The room was recently updated and very clean. The hotel is much closer to New Orleans than we expected. A 10 minute commute, and we were in the heart of the French Quarter. All in all, a great place to stay (especially considering the cost), and highly recommend to anyone considering staying here.
“Stayed Here for Jazz Fest”
The location was only minutes from where I parked for JazzFest. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Room service attendant was personable and the food was good. If I choose to return to JazzFest I will certainly consider staying here again.
“Maybe I will stay In Metairie again!”
I was wary of staying here. My usual in town hotels were all booked up so I took a chance with this hotel. The Holiday Inn Metairie demolished expectations. Our rooms were well appointed, clean, and comfortable. It was almost like stayong in a brand new hotel. My wife was very impressed and she is a hard one to please when it comes to hotels. The staff was very professional and courteous. Our floor had a game room where my kids played when we aere not out and about. It is a short drive to Uptown and the Garden District. About 10 minutes from the Camellai Grill. Very happy with our experience.

“My best stay in Matarie”
I was very pleased with everything. The staff was GREAT! they were very polite And did their best to assist any way they could. The resturant attached to the hotel is the bomb, very clean quick service and affordable. Will recommend to everyone! And best of all it is less the one mile from the mall and food. Love it!

This hotel is in very good state in an ideal location to downtown and to the highway. It was very easy for us to slip into town, experience the French Quarter, have a nice meal, and have a very good night sleep.
“my overall experience”
the hotel was in a good location, good neighborhood. the pool was closed for the winter months but it was okay it was to cold anyway. the comfort of the room was excellent. however the windows leaked when it rained real hard. that did that only twice. i would go back again and probably would.
“My Hotel in Nawlins”
I chose hotel based on reviews and cost. Holiday Inn is easy to find, great parking no extra charge, close to airport and everything. Very clean, courteous staff Highly recommend. Will stay always when in New Orleans.
