Located right next to Trolley stop on the St. Charles line and with a number of nice restaurants nearby, this quaint hotel is very nice and clean and imparts a feeling of old New Orleans to your stay! The staff is excellent.

Digitale sleutels werken niet naar behoren. Het personeel is vriendelijk maar is maar beperkt aanwezig. De ligging is prima. Veel eetgelegenheden op loopafstand en de streetcar stopt voor de deur. Hiermee kan je je prima door New Orleans verplaatsen. Er zou wat meer opbergruimte moeten zijn op de badkamer

What I like about the property is that it is quiet and peaceful. The only con was my room did not have a window, only in the bathroom and the AC unit location. I wish the room had a ceiling fan installed as a cooling option. Overall, I enjoyed my weekend visit and had a positive experience! The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Though the rooms were clean it did not meet safety standards. Our safe would not open the next day and our friends safe in their room did not work at all. We waited all morning to have a service person come. They did not have the security key to access the safe and after quite a bit of time they eventually were able to contact the head guy only to say that they would have to watch a video to try and figure it out. Eventually it was opened but we could not trust leaving our passport or money in the safe. The manager said they would be replacing all the safes in the rooms as this was a problem!!! She should have told us in the beginning. We missed our tour that we had arranged for that morning while waiting around for the service guys and it took up the time we were able to spend in New Orleans as we were leaving on a cruise the next morning. If it had happened the day of our cruise we would have missed our cruise. They were very hard to contact as there was only someone there from 12-8 each day. We could only leave a message on their phone with no one getting back so we had to phone several times to find out what they were going to do to help us. The manager said that we would be compensated for this but we never were …Like wiping their hands clean after we left with a smile. Not a good place to stay.

Stayed in nice room located toward the back of the building very quiet. Quaint older building but very well kept.

I paid for an upgrade with a larger room with a desk. I have pictures, but don't know how to put them on your site. The only good thing was Diane the desk person. Only on the property from noon to 8:00 PM. It was dirty paint chips on the floor. Insect in corners of bathroom. It was a very small room. Only could fit a small table on one side of the bed. The property in our room was not like the rest of the rooms. We checked w\the rooms did look nicer. We had to go outside on a small porch to get to our room, the first night we entered the porch was after dark no light bulbs in the fixtures. We told them, and the put light bulbs in after the first night. It rained two nights while we stayed there it was awful trying to get in the room in the rain. The refrigerator did not work. They did replace it. We were told our room was and upgrade, I don' see how. If y9u tell me how to get the pictures to you. I would love to show you. Nothing like what I ordered. Very sad. I ordered it for myself and my daughter. SO DISAPPOINTED
