"My get away on bucket list- Great choice"
My hotel stay was wonderful. I stayed in the garden area room and found it to be a true New Orleans dream. It was close to everything!!!! Ghost tours, Bourbon street, graveyard tours, Oceana(one of best foods, new orleans cooking school(took class and of course up 2 blocks from Beignet Cafe. The bed was extremely comfortible, the gardens were loving to sit in after walking around New Orleans all day. Everone throughout the hotel helpful and kind; I felt very safe. Ice house Bar fabulous bartender makes a mean hurricane.Beutiful Hotel...planning trip back in August!!!!!!! The rooms airconditioning just right to take break throughout day and cool down. Remember New Orleans hot in summer

"Convenient to everything in the Quarter."
Staff was incredibly nice, we were able to get into our room several hours before check-in. They held our bags between check-out and when we left for our flight. When we has a Do Not Disturb sign up past cleaning hours they slid a note under saying to let them know if we needed anything. Hotel was so convenient to everything we did, we only needed to take a can to/from the airport and to one other destination.

"A must stay location"
This place looks exactly like the photos on the website; very quaint and welcoming. So much bigger than than it looks from the outside. If I go back to New Orleans, I will absolutely stay here again! Perfect location. Close to Bourbon Street but not close enough to hear the noise. On the main street at the edge of the French Quarter. Felt like this was a very safe place to stay. Each room has its own safe to store your valuables too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

"Excellent hotel located in French Quarter"
Took the wife and two kids to New Orleans for a long weekend, stayed at the Monteleone and would not hestitate to stay there again. Had no problems with noise or the party atmosphere of the Quarter and the kids were not frowned upon at all. Parking and check in/check out were easier than expected. Would recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason.

"Bienville House"
This small gem of a hotel was just right. The staff is very friendly and helpful But I would say the one major drawback is the lack of a dining facility. Every morning we would have to hunt for a good breakfast when it would be much easier to dine right in your hotel. The other thing is the freight train issue. Seems that every night about 3:00 am a freight train passes right near by the hotel with whistles bellowing in the night. If you are a sound sleeper this is not a problem ;-)

Stayed at Hotel Royal for 3 nites in October, well located to walk all over the French Quarter but also quiet area for relaxation. All front desk personnel helpful with directions, and always had a friendly greeting.

"Our anniversary trip"
We loved our suite and Inn on St. Ann. We will definitely be back. The room was so beautiful cozy. Loved how everything we did was walking distance to our hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff at check in/out was so helpful and friendly. So of the housekeeping staff didn't seem as friendly but were at least willing to assist us. Our only complaint was that parking was a little confusing so we ended up parking a good distance from the hotel and taking a cab.
