Great boutique hotel. Be prepared for the stairs if your room is not on the first floor.

"Gorgeous hotel in great location!"
The hotel was stunning and always spotless, the staff were so friendly and everyone was always attentive to our needs. The location was fantastic, right on Bourbon St. We were staying in a pool facing room, and never heard a thing from the outside. Only downside was that the pool got quite busy and we couldn't always get a seat.

"Great Staff"
The staff here was very helpful from the moment we arrived. The gave us suggestions, maps and anything else we needed to get where we wanted to go. The hotel room was nice and cool when we got there and had a wonderful balcony view. There is a wonderful courtyard for morning coffee but we had the room with the balcony so we sat out there. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, the location was close to everything. Really the staff was the best part because they were so helpful.

"Great location with outstanding staff."
We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and it was also our first visit to New Orleans. We found the location to be excellent as we were able to walk to most of the attractions. The ones that we could not walk to there was a ready taxi available right out front. Most of the tours we took we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They took time to explain how to get to places and made the best recommendations. Our room was clean and we had a great view from the balcony. The rooftop pool offered us a cool refresher from hot day of walking. The Rib Room is an excellent restaurant and bar service was superb as the staff was attentive to our needs. The room we had was nice though a little on the small size but clean. We only had two issues. The faucet was difficult for my wife to turn on and we were located across the hall from the maintenance room for the staff which was noisy for us in the morning when we wanted to sleep in. Overall a great choice to stay while visiting New Orleans. Will definitely consider on my next visit.

"Great location with character & charm"
I don't usually stay at hotels like this but was pleasantly surprised. First off the staff is friendly and welcoming, helpful and willing to make sure you have a good experience. The rooms are small, old and not modern but that is the hotel, it's historic and makes for a stay you wouldn't normally get at a larger chain place, only adds for true French quarter experience. Loved my stay, close to everything & near bourbon street without the noise. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked this hotel. Staff was polite and friendly. Kept rooms and hotel clean. No alarm clocks in rooms but I used my cell anyways. Perfect distance from Bourbon St so you can have fun but sleep peacefully. Complimentary hot breakfast daily at 8am... Would stay here again!!
