“Hilton GI-NOLA-Superbowl”
The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable. They had that memory foam mattress. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of great restaurants in the area and just a short walk to the French Quarter.
“Good location”
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The personnel were friendly and helpful, and it is a short walk to the Riverwalk Mall or the Aquarium. You can walk to the French Quarter in less than 10 minutes and it is one block from the Hertz rental location.
“Excellent”
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The personnel were cheerful and helpful.
“Will definitely go back!”
This is a smaller Hilton Hotel but great in service and friendliness, easy. The staff went out of their way to assist in any way possible. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The swiss cheese, onion, and tomato omelet I ordered at the buffet was heavenly! As far as the surrounding area, I had no idea that the Warehouse District was so active. After one visit to Bourbon Street, I was relieved to come back to the Warehouse District to find "real" bars with real people...many locals, not so many tourists. This may become my new best hotel in New Orleans.
“Very Impressed!”
My husband and I travelled to New Orleans for a concert at the Convention Center. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the venue and about 10-15 minutes walk to the French Quarter. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and all it had to offer for such a reasonable price. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We ordered room service and my dish was just delicious, we were also very impressed with the quality of the complimentary breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing I could find was the noise from the nearby bars, however this was the night before the SuperBowl so I'm not sure if it's a regular occurrence. Overall extremely satisfied, and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans.
“Worth the visit and price”
The hotel was very convenient and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
“Satisfied Customer”
We first booked this hotel in 2005 and to my surprise I was very pleased. When I go on vacations, it is all about the hotels. In 2010, the hotel is in very good condition. I like things to look clean and crisp. The room is very large with a very nice sized bathroom. I also loved the Neturogena products (lotion, soap, and etc.). The shower was perfect. I would recommend a higher floor the next time we go back. We stayed on the third floor facing a side street and could hear the traffic which was not that bad. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job. The entire staff at the hotel was very professional.
“nice and clean”
hotel was clean and quiet. only complaint was the price for parking every night.
“My favorite place to stay in New Orleans”
I always stay here when I'm in New Orleans, which has been a total of 6 times in the past 3 years. Always clean rooms and great service. My only complaint this time was that the soda machines on the four floors that I tried were not working. I went down to the lobby to buy a drink from the desk and told them of the trouble. She happily gave me the soda for free and apologized for the inconvienience.
“Convenient to Convention Center”
The hotel staff was very accomodating. We enjoyed the quick walk to the convention center as parking is quite a challenge in New Orleans.
