Really great staff
There’s two right next to each other, however we went to the wrong one first. You had to leave the parking area back into traffic to get to the other one, there no drive over. Once we gotten to the right one check in the other one called over i had left my favorite water bottle. She didn’t have to do it, but the lady walked it over! I did need it I thought that was special! The stay was really nice the staff was GREAT! I had booked two rooms but it was only showing one, then another lady asked did i placed the room in someone else name i did. It was found, going the extra mile means a lot to me and they went that extra mile. The rooms are basic and thats fine because you’re only sleeping there. The power had went out before we gotten there, it was back up however the elevators wasn’t working felt sorry for those that wasn’t on the 1st floor. As of this morning the elevator isn’t working.

The room had a very musty smell. They do not clean the rooms very good. Tons of trash was stuffed under the bed like food wrappers, drink bottles. The bathroom was the nicest area of it all. I will say nice showers, good water pressure and drainage unlike other hotels in the area

The room I stayed in was unappealing and had obvious discrepancies. The inside of the facility and the hallway leading up to my room were old and dated. What I got was definitely not what I was expecting from the photos that were posted on the website. I couldn't believe that I was paying over a hundred dollars for that room.

There is rarely a front counter person. Someone is around in the back office area but I prefer an attendant at the desk to handle check in and check out. Also the kitchenette has nothing like dinnerware or cooking ware etc. was expecting at least a coffee pot and coffee in the room. But the rooms are clean and the hallways are quite. Grounds around the facility are clean and in order.

I really wish I could give this place a -20. These rooms are highly outdated along with the appliances, telephone, & outdated A/C. I asked where’s the ice machine I was told they didn’t have one to use the 2 ice trays in the room. Save your money DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM. It’s cigarette butts all in front of the entrance of the hotel room.

The room we were assigned to the door wouldn’t open. Seemed to be latched from the inside and needed to go back done to report it. After being assigned a new room there was a weird noise that recurred through out the night from the refrigerator. Free breakfast consist of coffee, tea or hot chocolate with a muffin and granola bar.

This property is in terrible condition and smell of smoke is all over the place. It is very old building and needs a lot of work to come up to new standards. After check in the hotel, we had to call the receptionist who was also cleaning lady to clean tub of our room. The floor was dirty as hell and i did not take off my shoes.

Clean hotel but needs some maintenance, The first room that we were given had a heater that sounded like it was going to take off, they moved us to another room that didn’t have a working TV & the microwave sparked when I used. I was told someone would be at the desk when I left even though it was early, no one was there when we left.

I was very disappointed to find that this location has bed bugs and the night staff very rude when I bought this to their attention. I had to sit in a chair the entire night because I could not get any sleep. A refund was not enough I should have been compensated for the inconvenience alone.

The person who checked us in was polite but was unable to really help us after hours. Our room Had flooded and the prior folks who had the room Before us had taken all of the trash cans from The room to Place their wet clothes and despite us asking, we never Got those replaced. There were not enough outlets in the room for charging and the TV did not work properly and the remote was completely nonfunctional. This place was in sore need of renovation. When we asked for Assistance, we were told we were welcome to Check out (before noon the next day of course), but because there was a regional Soccer tournament, all rooms in the area were Completely booked so we would have had not Place to go. Unfortunately Travelocity was no help to us either and the the agent who was supposed To assist me conversed with me for 20 Minutes then ghosted me online for another agent Who wanted to start the complaint all over again. Overall a pretty disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price. Will chalk this one up to the stars aligning in a bad way because it was such a ridiculous scenario.
