Hotel staff was very courtious and helpful. I have stayed at other hotels in New Orleans and the Embassy is by far the elite of them all. Will never stay anywhere else!!

“Good Deal”

The hotel is in the business district but it is easy access to downtown via trolley or car. Breakfast was great but go early or it is difficult to find a table. Service was good and I recommend that if you take your car, you park it there. It is $30 a night, but it is the cheapest and safest place to store it. The room was clean and we took advantage of the afternoon snacks available. Overall it was a very good experience and I recommend it.

“Would recommend to anyone”

Incredible bang for the buck. Our room was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Service was spot on. The cook to order breakfast and food in the restaurant was delicious. We will definitely return on any future trips to New Orleans.

“A lucky pick!”

My mom accompanied me on a move across the country and I wanted to show her New Orleans since she'd never been there. Being on somewhat of a budget, I picked Embassy Suites because it was on sale. It was also close enough to the French Quarter to take a walk over there with my mom! Besides all that, the staff were friendly in the parking garage, at the front desk, in the elevator and even in passing in the hallway. Everybody was eager to help and seemed to be interested in making our stay a good one. Our suite was clean and modern and had two nicely size rooms with a normal hotel bathroom. The front room had seating, a tv, a desk, and a kitchenette. This, all in addition to the normal bedroom in the back. I liked this hotel a lot and I would return in the future.

“Great location and service”

Embassy Suites Hotel New Orleans' location just 2 blocks from the Convention Center and the Riverwalk and within walking distance of many great restaurants and the French Quarter make it a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful arranging reservations for meals and has great access to obtain boarding passes for your return flight home.

“Good hotel, great price.”

My travel experience was very good. The city is nice and with many things to do. About the hotel, the free breakfast buffet and the free beer and spirits at the happy hour was a plus. The hotel is very near in walking distance from the French quater and the Casino. The room were clean and nice. I definitly return again.

“This hotel is great.”

This hotel was very, very nice. I absolutely love every Embassy Suites I have stayed in. The concierge was amazing. He new everything and everywhere to go in New Orleans. We didn't have to rent a car and went all around New Orleans off the direction of him. This was my boyfriend's first time in New Orlean and he can't wait to go back. It was a very beautiful place to spend our 1 year dating anniversary together. We will definitely be staying here again.
