Large room just outside the French QuarterPosted 31-Aug-2014
Pros: Suites. Free breakfast. Free afternoon snacks with drinks
Cons: Add a small frig to rooms
Location: 6 blocks from French Quarter
My son and I stayed here during a weekend stay in NOLA. The suite worked beautifully for us, since his sleep and awake times were different than mine, and we could each have our own space when the other was sleeping. The price was acceptable for the area, which was just a short 6 block walk from the French Quarter. Nice little touches such as free breakfast, and afternoon snacks with free drinks made for a pleasant stay. The front desk was helpful with arranging taxis and storing our bags when needed. Will stay here again. TIP...avoid Court of Two Sisters brunch. Not what it used to be and NO AIR CONDITIONING.

Pros: The hotel staff was very helpful. And they provided breakfast and a some type of dinner.
Cons: They need to update their rooms, and get rid of the valet parking fees.
Location: Many things was within walking distance, casino, bourbon street, shopping, and restaurant.
The room we stayed was outdated but overall comfortable.

Nice hotel, we will look for Drury Inn again!Posted 20-Aug-2014
This hotel is within walking distance of the French Quarter, Jackson Square, the WW2 Museum and the Riverfront Shops. Very clean with nice friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool, the breakfasts,5 o'clock kickbacks and the free wi-fi service. We would recommend this hotel when visiting New Orleans and we will look for them in other cities.

Will Stay Again and AgainPosted 15-Aug-2014
Pros: The free breakfst, the location, the happy hour with a light meal in the evening and the pool. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet.
Location: It is a little too far to walk to all the attractions but very easy to drive to them.
I was so impressed. the manager of the hotel was in the dining room clearing tables. I asked him to come to our table and told him how impressed I was from the moment we drove up and the valet greeted us to the people that cleaned our rooms. The breakfast is awesome. This is not a continental breakfast, it is a full breakfast. This saved me about $30 a day in meals and the light dinner in the evening saved me again. I had my two granchildren age 14 and 10 with me and they loved the pool at night. You could see the other hotels and it was beautiful. I will stay at this hotel the next time I visit New Orleans. Oh, and the manager of the hotel checled me out the morning I checked out. AWESOME customer service!!

Within walking distance to attractionsPosted 13-Aug-2014
We stayed at The Drury beginning of August 2014 and were very pleased with the hotel, staff and services. This was our first trip to New Orleans, not knowing the area-the breakfast and 5:30 munchies were appreciated, saved a lot of time & stress. Spacious room with fridge & microwave, very friendly & helpful staff. Thanks Drury!

The hotel itself is really nice, also the location is convenient. The food and the drink passes are a big plus
