Pros: the staff. There was one young woman. I believe her name was Cheralyn, and a young man, Sergio. They were not only helpful, but very friendly!
Location: great location. Near all the places we were interested in going.

Great Location to Bourbin Street

Posted 1-Dec-2014
Pros: Location
Cons: More TV channels
Location: Music and Food was great. Water front not too far.
Traffic getting to New Orleans was crazy but once there, the time and fun was great. Nice variety.

In the quarter

Posted 1-Dec-2014
Pros: Loved the layout of the King Suite
Cons: The air from the AC smelled a bit like puke. After a while it faded away or maybe we just become used to the smell. One of the roomphones did not work
Location: great location. Very easy to get around the quarter
Pretty quite for location. Nice suite, we felt very comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom.

Pros: everything

Nice hotel close to the French Quarter

Posted 27-Nov-2014
Pros: Close proximity to the French Quarter.
Cons: Not sure if we were coming and going through the correct entrance, we had to take two elevators to get from our room to the street level entrance.
Location: Close proximity to the French Quarter and the Superdome. Make sure to spend a few hours at Pat O'Brien's a couple of blocks away.
Stayed at this property for four nights in November, the hotel is right on the edge of the French and is within easy walking distance to the Superdome. The property was very clean and the room had two comfortable beds, one located in a separate room for privacy. We will be back soon.

Enjoyed NOLA

Posted 26-Nov-2014
The room was clean and staff were all very friendly. I didn't like that you couldn't lock the bedroom/bathroom doors due to them being barn door style. The location of the hotel was perfect though. However, breakfast was a big disappointment for our group.

close to the french quarter and Canal street

Posted 19-Nov-2014
Pros: having access to the bar/restaurant at the Ritz was handy.
Cons: entrance to hotel lobby from street level, (better signage?)
Location: french quarter
the entrance to hotel lobby was confusing. not very clear (with the Ritz next door) which entrance to use.
