Great beds & sexy glass shower

Posted 26-May-2015
From the valet to the front desk, I had nothing but awesome service. I only paid $120 for a room that normally goes for $250 to $300 per night. After 2 years, I finally got my chance.

Excellent hotel by French Quarter

Posted 26-May-2015
Hotel accommodations were excellent. Staff was very friendly and always offering assistance. Only downer was the parking fee - however it did not seem out of line with other nearby establishments. You really don't need a car - the hotel is one block from Bourbon Street and public transportation (bus, street cars) is very close by. Many attractions are walking distance from hotel.

Perfectly nice hotel in the French Quarter

Our stay here was perfectly pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We have an infant daughter, and the pack-n-play provided was clean and in excellent condition.

Too Noisy

Posted 23-May-2015
Arrived at hotel and check in took too long. TV in room did not work as well as lamp next to bed. Workers were a little rude and I couldn't sleep in because the pipes in the wall was making too much noise. It's really close to Bourbon but that's basically what you're paying for because it was not worth the $300 per night.

I had to pay to use the pool and Jacuzzi, i was never informed or charged before so i.spoke to the ritz Carlton supervisor, thinking the charge was a new thing and because the javuzzi eas broken(that was.why i.chose the hotel) she only charhed me 10.dollars instead of 25, i.feel it was.odd that i had used it probably 10 times and never been charged or told of the fee before nor did the front desk inform me

Clean and quiet hotel in a great location

Posted 18-May-2015
Location: Location was great! In between Canal st and Bourbon st.
I was very pleased with this hotel. The hotel is clean and bright. The location was perfect! Right in between Canal St (shopping) and a block from Bourbon st. We stayed in a King suite that had plenty of room. The bedroom was separated from the bathroom and living room by a sliding door. Plenty of room for four people.

Great Hotel In NOLA

Posted 16-May-2015
Pros: Staff, room and location
Cons: Would like to see bath mats, as the tub was very slick when showering.
Location: We were 2 blocks from Canal Street, where the street cars are and 2 blocks from Bourbon Street. Great location.
We did not have one problem at this hotel. The staff was awesome. Shelita and Cherlyn at the desk were helpful and pleasant. They gave us great recommendations on where to eat, etc. Donovan at the valet desk was exceptional.

If you want a nice swimming pool and/or bar or restaurant to visit with family & friends? this is not the place to stay. If you just want a nice room and comfortable bed, you will enjoy it here.

Great hotel, great location, reasonable price.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel, and the experience was consistent, e.g. excellent. This hotel is within a very manageable and short walking distance to literally dozens of restaurants, bars and shopping. The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it!
