Overall a fantastic hotel that is perfectly located—far enough from the Bourbon Street chaos, but close enough to walk to everything. The staff was friendly and the ambience was wonderful, especially during the holiday season. When our toilet was not working properly, the maintenance came within 15 minutes to fix it. The cons: parking is difficult, there needs to be more task lighting in the rooms, more reachable outlets with USB ports for devices and more carts available upon checkout time. We had to make 7 trips down the block the day we checked out as there were only two carts available for the entire hotel. These are minor issues, but when you are paying for a boutique hotel experience, details do matter. We are grateful to the staff who made our holiday experience in NOLA so great.
