Friendly staff!Posted 1-Dec-2013
Pros: Quality of service.
Location: Great location. Walking distance to French Quarters, World War II museum and other points of interest.
We found the staff here to be extremely helpful, from our check in with Rochelle to Jarred who helped us with our baggage and getting taxis. When we wanted to take a city tour, we spoke with Bre who immediately set it up for us. The free breakfast was great.

Welcoming and friendly staffPosted 30-Nov-2013
Pros: The two most appealing aspects to me are the building (an interesting warehouse conversion) and the staff team who are friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were initially assigned rooms without external windows but the staff were very obliging in changing this. It is worth noting that the pool is tiny.
Location: Great location - just 5 minutes walk from the French Quarter and Bourbon St.
I stayed here about 4 years ago and liked it then, so returned, staying here during a conference and then for a few days' holiday. The hotel is very welcoming with cookies on reception and helpful staff, and beads for some. It is a nice bonus to have the chance to take away breakfast bars, fruit and coffee in the mornings.

Nice hotel close to everywhere!Posted 30-Nov-2013
Pros: Location, location, location
Cons: breakfast, starts at 6 and finish 30 minutes past nine, so could be a little bit longer because at 9 get crowded and not much left to eat.
Location: The French Quarter it is just right there, canal St and Bourbon St, Aquarium, two nice upscale mall, all walking distance
We had a one bedroom suite, which worked out great for us. The staff was attentive and friendly. The hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. The location was excellent - only two blocks from the French Quarter.

Safe hotel close to French QuarterPosted 29-Nov-2013
Pros: See above
Cons: See above
Pros: Excellent customer service. Close to French Quarter. Very walkable to streetcars, buses, etc. Safe neighborhood. Preserved historical buildings (exposed beams & brick) Cons: Valet parking is a little high ($28/day). Breakfast could be laid out a little better. (ie. gavy next to biscuits)

Don't hesitate to stay at this hotel!Posted 27-Nov-2013
Pros: Location, the free breakfast. Cleanliness of our room.
Cons: Update the rooms.
Location: Mercedes Benz Dome close, easy walk to the game. Close to dining and shopping without having to drive.
We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful old building, great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast each morning was good. The rooms could use updating but it was very clean which is important to us. Easy walk to the French Quarter.

Inexpensive hotel near to the French Quarter.Posted 27-Nov-2013
Pros: The concierge service was very good. Cookies provided at the front desk were a nice touch.
Cons: The breakfast area was disappointing as it was more like a canteen than a restaurant.
The hotel is quiet and relatively close to all the amenities required by a tourist.

Wonderful hotel, ticks all boxes!Posted 25-Nov-2013
This hotel was really perfectly situated for a conference I attended - very walkable to and from the venue, as well as the French Quarter. In addition, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was very nice. But enough can't be said about the staff --- they were always friendly, cheerful and ready to help - especially Ellie, Precious, Kentrell and Kelsey! I know exactly where I'll be staying the next time I'm in town!!!

Great alternative to conference hotelPosted 24-Nov-2013
This hotel was an excellent, economic alternative to the more expensive Marriott and Sheraton up the road which hosted my conference. The walk to my sessions was very easy, Even in the rain or if I just had to grab something from my room. It was also a convenient starting point to all of the attractions that I wanted to walk to, particularly the French quarter.
