“Now my favorite”
Spacious (both lobby and room). Friendly staff. Good food at Paillard's. Well-situated, short distance to Jackson Square. Enjoyed it more than even the 4-star I stayed at last year.
“Bourbon Orleans”
Great time, except I requested a smoking room and they could not accomodate that for me. Otherwise it was excellent.
“Best place in the Quarter”
For a relaxing great time in New Orleans, this is the place to stay
“Great Place to Stay”
My husband and I stayed here along with 3 other couples. We all had a great time. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. We loved the location, just off of Bourbon St. and close to Jackson Square and the French Market. We were able to walk everywhere we went. We have been to New Orleans twice before and this was the first time at the Bourbon Orleans. We would definately stay here again!
“Great location just off Bourbon Street.”
Everything was set up and all went well, the location of the room wasn't the greatest (facing the noisy back alley but you get what the discounted price pays for. The location of the hotel was great within walking distance of the main street and the waterfront and half a block from Bourbon Street.
“just as expected”
clean. heated pool. nice service.
“Good experience.”
Very well run. Excellent food service. Smart articulate staff. Rooms are small as was expected.
“A must stay!!”
Fifth Year visiting New Orleans 2nd year in a row at this hotel and make no mistake this will be our hotel each visit to New Orleans! Hotel Staff is friendly, beds are soft and comfy, location in the FQ is perfect!
“Beautiful historic hotel”
1/2 block from Bourbon St, 1/2 block (the other direction) from St. Louis Cathedral/ Jackson Square. wonderful location and reasonably priced. Nice pool/ patio area. Ask for a room that is NOT above the bar or facing Bourbon St. if you want to sleep.
“Lovely hotel, great location”
Lovely, elegant hotel in the heart of the French Quarter, just a block from Bourbon Street but removed from the noise and rowdiness. St. Louis Cathedral 1 block down in the other direction, with Jackson Square just beyond. Hotel was clean and tastefully decorated. Staff very helpful and courteous. Very pretty, clean, peaceful courtyard with pool. Would definitely stay here again.
