“i was suprised!”
I don't know what I was expecting but I was surprised to see such a nice, very, very clean room that looked like it had just been repainted and remodeled. bathroom was very sparkly. The room are not very big but very well laid out. I would definetly go back.
“Good Family Option in New Orleans”
We stayed in the Best Western Plus Saint Charles in for three nights between Thursday and Sunday. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would come back and recommend this hotel to others. Pros: Very nice breakfast, with hot dishes; reasonable price; very well located, about 30 yards from a St. Charles streetcar stop; quiet neighborhood but with easy access to downtown, the French Quarter, Magazine Street shops, and the Audubon Zoo; several dinner options nearby, including a nice Mexican restaurant side-by-side with the hotel; service was polite and efficient (not extremely friendly but professional) Cons: Rooms are a bit small for American standards (very reasonable for European standards), some of the decoration and carpets is outdated and shows the passage of time (although they seem well-kept).
“Nice older place”
They let us into the parking lot to check in. Superior Grill next door, RTA right out front. Took that downtown, changed to another line, rode around, then back to hotel. Ate at Superior and it was really good. Older, redone hotel but clean and neat, good breakfast, yummy warm cookies in the afternoon. We discovered the Garden District and will come back here.
“Best Western Saint Charles Inn, NOLA”
The hotel was great. Great view of Saint Charles with the streetcar line running. Continental breakfast every morning. Very nice lobby, business center, and fitness center. Perfect place to stay if you aren't renting a car, because the streetcar stops literally right out front.
“New Orleans great location”
The service at the front desk was great. They really helped us to find our way around new Orleans. It is located next to the trolly allowing easy transportation around town.

Very convenient to the universities and right on the St Charles line - great location and price.
“Friendly Staff baked yummy cookies!”
Every evening we enjoyed home baked cookies. Desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The street car conveniently runs along St Charles to downtown. I hope to stay there again in the future.
“Wonderful place to stay.”
Wonderful location, on beautiful St Charles Ave. I like this hotel because it's small, friendly and quiet. The rooms all have microwave and frig and it has free parking, which you don't get at the downtown hotels.
“Small but Grand”
The hotel was in a convient location, and there was a lot to do, and with the streetcar right out front, everything was easy to get to. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Although the rooms were not large, it suited my needs for a 2 night stay.
“Garden District hotel a good place to stay”
The Best Western St. Charles Inn was comfortable, clean, and a convenient streetcar ride to the New Orleans Convention Center. The hotel staff was personable and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
