I was in a room that leaked water from the roof. I was placed on my last day in a better room, this wasn’t fair at all!! I have photos and video footage and I am expecting to hear from someone today

This hotel is very nice and clean, check in was easy and quick! I’d say the only downfall was the parking. We had to park across the street and walk in the rain. It’s not convenient parking at all. Besides that it was a great stay and I will be staying their next time I come.

Location of hotel is excellent - just on the fringe of the French Quarter and close for walking to Bourbon Street and surrounding area. Front desk staff - need training on customer relations. If you don’t like your job - find another one. We had to change rooms as there was no AC and our room was 80 degrees. Maintenance Engineer - what a fantastic man. Advised us that we should not have been given this room and helped us change rooms. Hats off to him as he made a hot situation better. Great location - great rooms - great maintenance engineer - front desk staff were not client friendly to know that a happy client is a repeat client !

We stayed four nights without any issues. The hotel was clean and modern. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to Canal Street, Bourbon Street, and the Riverfront Market (about a mile one way). We would definitely stay here again.
