The hot tub was broke, we should have listened to the other reviews about that. Then at 3:45am the fire alarm went off. All the guests had to wait outside or in the lobby for an hour for someone to arrive to turn the alarm off. We were never offered an apology or credit. Terrible customer service.

The breakfast was better than expected and always being refilled. Rooms were clean and smelled that way as well. Definitely recommend.

We were there with a group of friends and from check in to check out the staff was friendly and accommodating. Gregory (front desk staff) went above and beyond for our group. He is an asset to their hotel staff. We had a great weekend there.

I loved the suite with a fireplace. It was huge. The room was very clean, the fireplace worked and there were two working TVs.

A little confusion at check in but it was all resolved with no issues. Given the confusion would have been nice to have been offered an upgrade to a hot tub room but it's okay it didn't happen.

There were no surprises when it came to the building itself(no crazy hallways or intricate means to locate places like the vending machines, pool or breakfast area). Excellent service. The only thing I would say is that there wasn’t a driveway off the Main Street where the hotel is. You have to go a short distance to drive past a few other businesses before the hotel parking lot is apparent from the side and rear of the building. Otherwise no issues were had.

Nice enough place to stay. Nothing fancy. Staff was nice, check in and out were easy. The continental breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Towels and sheets were a little rough, but they did their job.

Have not been there in years and was pleasantly suprised for how clean the room was as well as the dining area. Clerk was able to answer my questions and concerns about late check in. Everyone was very friendly.

Staff was great and always helpful. The hot tub temperature was set way to high the first night we couldn't put our feet in it even. Then after that once we told the front desk they closed it down. Other then that it was a great stay for my family and I.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I did try to comprise with you since we did not put you in a pet friendly room, by leaving you in the room you were in. We do however have a pet policy that includes not leaving your dogs alone in the room which was a rule I was not willing to break.

I initially booked a room for four nights. Later on I added a fifth night on the front end of the reservation. I checked in and the first night went fine. While I was out at my event. They entered my room and took all of my belongings and transferred them to another room. One item went missing. There was no need to transfer my belongings and enter my room in the middle of my reservation. They said it was Expedia's fault because the specific rooms they booked me in for the one night and the four nights they were different but they easily could have accommodated. Other than the room number, nothing changed. Unconscionable. On the plus side, the pool in hot tub we're working. Many hotels have not restarted their pools as a cost saving measure.

Michal, The room that you booked for your first night was a single queen bed room with a pull out couch. The rest of your reservation was for a double queen room. We only have 2 single queen bed rooms available and they were both booked for the rest of your stay. You were told at check in that you needed to check out and then check back in. You did not do that so I did try to call you to let you know that you needed to move out of your room. I had to leave a message and when you called back you said you would not be able to come back to the Hotel until 7 pm. I let you know that we were going to have to move you to your other room. In the future this could have been avoided by you checking out and checking back in like you were suppose to. The room classification was different so yes you did need to move to your correct room. Also watch when you book that you get the same type of room if you do 2 separate reservations. I am glad that you enjoyed the pool

This is a nice hotel. The only thing I didn't like is the bed is a brick. Like sleeping on a cement slab. Otherwise the place is great. Very clean, nice friendly staff. Very quiet. I will stay here again.

Positive experience
The staff were great. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods available. The only negative was the beds were quite firm. Room was clean, people that worked there were nice. The environment was quiet for sleeping.

Waaaaaaaaaay too much dollar store cleaner in the room . The smell was hard to handle. Ease up on the powder in carpets . That’s not really a good cleaner . Other than the smell it was a decent stay

Jacob, I would like you to know that we actually do not use powder in the carpets or dollar store cleaner. We actually use Ecolab products I am sorry you found the smell offensive. I am glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.
