The Parking lot area and entrance needs repaved. Staff was very helpful on directions and food suggestions. Sports Pub inside the hotel was very good with food and drinks.

The parking lot needs some work, drive slowly. The staff was great, but the hotel just feels old and worn. It’s a very convenient for anyone visiting Arnold/New Ken, and we slept well, and the bar in the hotel was great.

Staff very hepful. Took time to look up Choice rewards and enter it. Room was clean and comfortable. Is it new? no. But please people, for price, excellent. You must value based on price paid. Under $80.

The beds were very nice and it was clean the rooms were far enough away from the dining area of the restaurant to where it didn’t bother us at all very well laid out

Property was outdated. I had a migraine every time I was in the hotel for any period of time. Hotel had a musty smell to it. However, beds were clean and very comfortable and the staff was so friendly and personable.

It's an older property, and it shows. The rooms are small, and are dated, but the rates are reasonable, the facility is clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. A great place to stay when traveling if you just need a place to lay your head. If you're looking for a large, modern room this is not your place. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The bathroom was a little dated and run down, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made up for it. Great selection at the breakfast area and the coffee was delicious!

Visiting family out in farm country, this was one of the more convenient locations. We chose it because of the good value and location. Easy on/off to the highways. Several of our favorite chain restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Hotel was at the end of a few strip malls, so many shops in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Lobby has been remodeled, quite nice. Hallways LONG. The hotel is very large, I think over 100 rooms. Breakfast adequate, waffles, cereal and pastry; coffee and juice. The first night, seemed to be quite full, the next two nights quite empty. Parking never an issue any night. Served our needs well.

The bathtub had a big hole in the front where the shower controls must have been taken out. the stopper that was there to plug the drain was filthy dirty. Just plain disgusting.

Good hotel
Our stay was for my sons travel baseball. The boys were extremely disappointed that the outside pool was completely abandoned. We were not informed of this prior to our 5 day stay. On the other hand, breakfast was good, they maintained it well. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Wasn’t so good… the tub was stopped up and one of the selling points for me was the hot tub and pool. Both were empty. The security doors had all been taped so that they could be opened by just anyone. The sheets were clean.

All of the staff were very accommodating for our family during this time of loss. They went overboard to make us feel welcome and cared for. The actual rooms are dated and need many repairs but the showers were hot and the lobby area became a gathering point. Thank you.

The room was decent. Clean. Disappointed it was double beds when there was ample room for at least queens. Room was kind of dark because the walls are painted a dark goldish/yellow. The thing that really stuck me as tacky was the envelope from housekeeping stating "Housekeeping. Thank you! Tips"
