Not for tea drinkers
It was a very nice hotel. But If you’re a tea drinker, don’t bother with this hotel! There was no kettle just a coffee machine with the choice of hot water and these tiny coffee cups that if you leave your tea to brew for longer than a minute then it’s not hot anymore. Also there is no milk in the room and if you go down to the bar and ask for milk, they try charge you for it!! But I did manage to get a big mug that took the machine 3 presses 😃 Breakfast is a bit expensive for what it was, and the HOT food was cold, I love cold scrambled eggs! 😋 The room was lovely, and the shower was amazing! If you love planes then this place is amazing as there is a plane you can see coming into land nearly every 5 minutes

I was visiting family who lives very close to the hotel and the distance was convenient. I am staying here again next week. I liked walking the neighborhood, and the neighborhood seems very safe. Right across the hotel is a trail to go for a nice walk. Not too close to the city center if you don’t have a car, but there are busses to take you to the city center, then connect you to Frankfurt. If also interested to take a train, it’s possible. Ask the concierge how. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

The first stay (1st floor) was really nice!! The 2nd time we stayed in - what we thought - an upgrated room (we paid a little more), but the quality was definately less. The matress was extremely hard and uncomfortable and we had to go on a 12-h flight with back pain. The wifi and phone reception in the rooms in area 3 is terrible to no connection at all. We liked the 1st floor room, we did not like the 3 room in the side tract.

The room was nothing like the photos on the internet. It was extremely basic and hot. We both had a difficult nights sleep - if you could call it that. Breakfast was fantastic!!! and the breakfast staff made our stay.

Even though we arrived late and I had missed the e-mails from the hotel around COVID restrictions they had everything prepared for us. The restaurant is also very good! During the day you will hear airplanes arriving, though at night it's really quite and the location is great.

We har a large spacious bathroom, even bu American standards. They restaurant was fantastic. But the real star of the show was the bakery and confectionery.

I liked the whole experience in this hotel..... friendly, confident, helpful, lots going on and a beautifully stylish hotel with great staff. The manager was a chilled out fella who was friendly and full off warm conversation ready to help. Eventually I (We) will be back

Great Hotel
Seriously one of the best hotels in the Frankfurt area. They just don’t have parking. But the service was fantastic and the hotel was lovely and quite and beautiful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay

Only 20 min from Frankfurt Messe, this was the perfect place to stay. Everything here is amazing, service, food and and room - Exactly the kind of place you need when you are staying away from home and have a busy schedule during the day.

it's alright, not a 4 star hotel
I did not enjoy the breakfast at all as the staff lied to me about what is included in the breakfast. I mostly just enjoyed the pool. Room was ok. Hotel is about 30 mins from downtown where the attractions are.

The hotel does not have a common space, and check-in was 6pm, since the check-in desk is in the restaurant which closes during regular business hours in Germany. The restaurant staff was not nice, when having breakfast there. The room was clean, but no coffee machines...

VERY nice hotel. Fabulous restaurant with great dinner and great breakfast. Easy drive to the airport. We thought we were headed in the wrong direction as the Hotel is in a residential neighborhood! Across the street is a lovely walking path.

Conveniently located near Frankfurt
This is an excellent hotel close to Frankfurt and Offenbach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The hotel is located closed to a wooded area, great for a morning walk or jog. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of cold meats and cheeses, baked goods and fruit. They also served bacon and scrambled eggs. Normal coffee was available as well as Espressos etc. The only real downside is that the hotel is located directly under a flight path in to Frankfurt Airport. If you are a light sleeper this may not be ideal for you..

Very nice place, spotless, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Only one complaint, but frankly it was our fault due to ignorance. This was our first night in Europe and we did not understand how the windows worked. We could only open them a crack. The room was at least 90F. No A/C, which is not unexpected. We were jet-lagged and exhausted. They got us a fan, but it was tiny and we were absolutely miserable. No sleep. At 5AM we finally figured out how to open the windows fully and then it was wonderful.

Very nice restaurant - super dinner and breakfast. Friendly service. Nice to have the family atmosphere in the hotel but also a pool and small exercise room. My room did not have air-conditioning, in some parts of the year that may be an issue - even fans would help.
