The guys at front door area were nice but their uniform were loose and unfit, no spiritual expression. Plus , they were a little old, although this is not an important issue. The hotel check in and check out service were excellent. People were polite, efficient, and very accurate! I rate them the best! Car parking is included in room rates, but the car park is opposite connected by an overhead bridge. Carrefour is not too far away. Only drawback is I didn't receive my VIP benefit likely because they used self-check in."
