“The Palms Resort is #1”

The staff upon check-in were very welcoming and friendly. We were escorted for complimentary drinks as our luggage was being taken to our room. The grounds are very well groomed and lush with foilage. The restaurant/pool and bar area are the prettiest along the 7 mile beach area. The waiter Davie @ Krystal's restaurant was pleasant every night and the food was great. The beach security Ramsay made us feel nothing but safe! The location of this hotel is prime. Walking distance or a short cab ride to numerous things, shopping and local dining and attractions. Hotel management was easily available to discuss any needs and all requests were filled. We cannot wait to return to Negril and The Palms Resort will definitely be our choice of accomodations. We felt as though we were leaving our family when the time to return home came!

“Fabulous First Time Visit”

As this was my first visit to Jamaica, I was very satisfied with my visit at this hotel. The entire staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed breakfast each morning overlooking the beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The food was great!!! The rooms were very comfortable. Wish the water would have been a bit warmer for our showers, but it was definitely cooling after a long day at the beach. I can't wait to go back!

“I will return to the Palms.”

I have been to Jamaica over twenty times. I love the island, people, and food. Everything about the Palms I loved. The staff was great. food was wonderful. The peppered shrimp was better than I think I have ever had in Jamaica. Friends of mine have already booked for Valentines day. You will not be disappointed at the Palms.

“One of the best in Negril”

The hotel was perfect for the vacation we wanted. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We became close with some of the employees and left on a first name basis with hugs upon departure. The location couldn't have been any better. It lend itself to wonderful, peaceful breakfasts on the patio overlooking the ocean and fabulous sunsets on the beach. What more could you ask for!!!

“Great time at the Palms!”

The staff was great, the food was wonderful, the music on Sunday night was a bonus. It's really nice to have a pool on the ocean side of the hotel, not many of the small hotels on Negril beach have that available. The bar is located so it's very convenient to the pool and the beach. The poolside outdoor furniture is really nice. Good beach with nice umbrellas and chairs. The rooms are very comfortable with good TV if you care...don't spend much time in the room in Jamaica. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff prepared a cake and made it a very special event for us. The location is a nice spot on the beach. Been to Jamacia 16 times and this is one of the best places we have stayed. I can't say enough about the food....it was REALLY good and priced in line with what else is available. The staff is really on the ball and very helpful and friendly. Juice man comes by every morning with fresh squeezed juice on the beach. Can't get any better than that. LOVED IT!!!! Would go back next week if I could. Good internet connection to keep in touch a little with those back home. It was GREAT. Pretty quiet, but if you want to find a party you can.

“Beautiful!!”

I really enjoyed my stay at The Palms Resort. The hotel is located on the beach and great service from all the staff. We did not use the pool but the area around the pool was very relaxing and calm. The area in front of the beach is kind of small but it works. Beware of the locals they can be a little annoying at times. Negril was a beautiful place to visit but to far away from the airport so it is best that you use airport transportation because its way cheaper than taking a taxi which cost like $80(one way trip. Overall great trip.

“Cozy Hotel”

The hotel was nice and cozy. Better than the all inclusive hotels. The food was AMAZING. I would definately go back on another vacation.

“Fantastic beach resort, but dark rooms and basic bathrooms”

The photos of the beach, pool, bar, etc are spot on. Beautiful beach, and beautiful beach facilities. Great for photos and just lazing. Security is fantastic, never needing to worry about leaving things at the beach (security guards from the hotel keep a watchful eye on your belongings). I've never had beach security like that before. Exactly what's needed. The negative about Palms Resort is that the rooms are pretty basic. Dark rooms, warm/cold water, poor TV reception, the security safe was broken.
