“Wil be back”
Perfect for the traveler who wants to experience a bit of Jamaica, right in the middle of 7 mile beach perfect location, on site security, clean cool rooms and friendly staff for the budget minded traveler I can't see how you could do better I will be back, I stayed there for 11 days nov 2010
“Stay was ok”
Condition of resort could be improved. Ceiling needed painting etc.
“Low expectations but plesently suprized.”
Having been to the beach strip in Negril a few times before with a good idea of what to expect value wise for accomodations I was plesently suprized with the hotel. Great location on the beach, good security and I had an excellent view from my balcony. Keep in mind unless you pay top dollar at an expensive all incusive resort you are staying oceanfront in Jamaica and the pace is slower and it they all struggle to overcome the effects of the salt air - expect rust anywhere. Negril was still cleaning up from the impact of the tropical storm in September. Would not reccomend staying here with the all inclusive plan as much of the food on the menu was not available when I did eat at the resort , I think they are too small without sufficient resources to support an all inclusive plan but for a basic room in a great location it was perfect for me.

“Enjoyed every minute ...”
Directly on the beach in Negril, Jamaica (along the mid-portion of Negril's seven mile beach). Not much in the way of luxury amenities, however, the room was immaculate, the beach and pool area (jacuzzi) were inviting and the food was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. A nice little laid-back hidden gem in Negril.

this hotel is all about the location...it is less than a block away from the beach..the room was dirty though and a bit sketchy..had to keep an eye on my things at all times..you can get bottled water, liquor, and jerk chicken if you walk a few blocks..all about the location.
“We Were Created To Adapt!!!”
The hospitality of the staff and their professionalism was excellent. Upon arrival I was disappointed. After day 2 I became comfortable. I figured at least the room is light and bright enough to see how clean it actually was. We were given no wash cloths and few towels. There was no iron, no ironing board and no hair dryer in the room; I did not ask for any I just made due. I asked for a refridgerator and there was a cost to rent. My friends and I agree that the convenient location of Time Square, Restaurants to explore and activitiesa along the beach made up for all else. It's only a few nice Hotels along Negril 7 miles of sandy beach... so if you have the means, be sure to view the on-line virtual tour and pictures very carefully.

This place is ok if you just need a good cheap room nothing special. Needs to be upgraded.
“Sad to see untapped potential!”
The hotel needs a lot of work, so much potential but really ignored. The staff were fantastic, they really do the best with what they have, which is not much they really make it the only positive for this resort. It is the little things that could make such a difference, they run out of plates and silverware early so if you are not among the first in line at the buffet (only food available) then you get a plastic fork, no knife and a paper plate, napkins seem to be a rare find also. Food was mediocre, rooms very basic and at times no hot water, sometimes no water at all, one night no electricity, so no a/c, made for a long, hot night and the a/c blocks out a lot of the noise as well. The hotel needs a good clean up on the grounds too, there is a lot of trash laying in among the units and is evident it had been there for a while! So sad to see so much hope for this place if the owner would just decide it is worth it. I can't say I would ever return, sorry to say.
“Would never recommend”
I didn't stay the service was terrible from the time I went to the front desk until I left which was 15 minutes. I stayed at another hotel.
