“Excellent location”

Staff was very friendly, location is great to get into Boston. The only downfall was the pool was unavailable during the day because they require a lifeguard. We travelled with 2 children who were disappointed they couldn't swim. Breakfast service was outstanding. Very pleased.

Very convenient location, just 15 - 20 miles outside of Boston. Very clean, pleasant staff.

“Good pool and breakfast”

This hotel has a nice indoor pool and they provide lifegaurds. Note that there is only morning and evening swimming on weekdays. Pay the $15 extra dollars on your room rate to the the complimentary (and very good) breakfast. That fee covered both adults and both kids on our stay. The hotel was very well appointed.

“great stay”

Stayed here for a few days in January. Snow fell for a few days and it was beautiful all around. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and even offered to clear the snow from my snow-encased vehicle. The lobby is comfortable and cozy. And there is the beautiful (new) Natick Mall right next door to the property.

“i would consider staying there again”

I went with a business associate and we were quite surprised. we were expecting less. the bed was comfortable and i sleep well for a hotel . the staff was very friendly and helpful directing us to a restaurant. I thought the price was a little high but it turned out ok.
