The beach towers was a Nice place to stay but the meals are expensive. The staff as extremely nice. The beaches were beautiful. Several of the rides were not working so this was disappointing.

You get what you pay for

Posted 26-Jul-2015
The Beach Tower rooms are run down and in need of a renovation. We were checked into a handicap room with no AC and the TV did not work. They switched our room. Our biggest complaint was the quality of the room. Although we booked early and got a great rate, we are firm believers that you get what you pay for. The rooms are very dated and the bathroom shower had mold in the grout. We were compensated after having to complain several times.

Great location

Posted 26-Jul-2015
Pros: Many great facilities, good food and plenty of entertainment for kids . 7 days is not enough to experience everything.
Cons: The main pool was closed (not mentioned by expedia or hotel anywhere) and the suite we booked wasn't available. The issue with the room was resolved.
Location: Too many to list. Anything you wish
This place has something for everyone. The waterpark gets a bit crowded when a lot of cruise ships come in. Marketplace buffet serves Ben & Jerry's, very nice touch.

Nice hotel, clues to all

Highly recommend this hotel and all off paradise island. Staff are amazing, facilities clean. Restaurant's a little pricey but it is a resort.

Overpriced and expensive

Posted 23-Jul-2015
Our phone was broken and we could not contact our children next-door. The soap dish was broken. We would always be missing floormats and towels. It is definitely overpriced. Be aware that you have to pay for everything . At least we had access to the hotel and Atlantis adventure. It is a very beautiful hotel. Honestly I could've stayed at comfort suites which probably was equal to our room. I would suggest to bring snacks and foods or go to the local market. A bag of chips was seven dollars. All the food was overpriced.

Ok hotel, musty smell; close to the beach

Posted 22-Jul-2015
Fun and very expensive vacation. Quick easy check in and out; Room had beautiful ocean view, was clean but had damp musty smell. Beds were very comfortable. Beach tower pool and lazy river out of commission. Beautiful landscape everywhere. Lots of pools with waterpark. Everything expensive. Be prepared to spend.
