Good news - view! Bad news - everything else.Posted 25-Aug-2014
Pros: The view.
Cons: The rooms, the prices and the check out.
Location: There were quite a few things to do - but because they had you captive everything was priced over the top.
Check in was great, though it took a while. Once in the room, the view was nice, but everything was outdated. The hair dryer didn't work, the TV didn't work, the plugs were generally inaccessible, with the exception of one on the far wall. The hotel in general did not seem clean. There was a charge for everything, i.e. wifi was $22 a day and a bag of chips was $10. Check in was another long ordeal as the TV did not work.

Beach House Tower was lovely, older but cleanPosted 25-Aug-2014
Pros: They have everything you need. No need to go out.
Cons: Bathrooms need to be re-done. There was a crack on the floor bathroom at Beach Tower. It is time to give back some of the money they earn & re-model.
Location: We only left the Atlantis because we found Market Place too expensive so we found Anthony's and it was very good and grocery store and beer store.
Next time I would like to stay in larger tower. Very expensive, everything is on top of what you have paid. Such as fitness center was $15.00 per day. Meals were expensive, especially breakfast at marketplace $65.00 for 2 people, but what beautiful property and really enjoyed the slides and the aquarium with fish and turtles....beautiful 3 days. Nice facilitiesPosted 25-Aug-2014
Atlantis is great for the kids excellent water atractions and multiple activities. You dont really rest for this reason but we knew it. My kid spent wonderful time on the water park. The beach is beautyfull with great sunsets. Be prepared for very pricey meals. The staff needs to work on courtesy manners and be more friendly

No regrets!Posted 23-Aug-2014
Pros: Epic, classy, so much variety of what to do!
Location: I took cabs to Nassau for about $14 a trip, and returned via water taxi for $4. Don't bother with the straw market; they sell junk.
I traveled alone and only had three nights to get away and chose Atlantis. So amazing! Don't bother getting the all-inclusive as it is pricey and doesn't include lunch. I ate at the Brats and Balls at the beach, and it was good. The deli was so-so but the room service burger and dessert was delicious! Be prepared to tip more than you think. Cash is fine and they take American dollars.

Beach HotelPosted 18-Aug-2014
Cons: Hallway carpets and bathrooms
Hotel is dated - needs new hallway carpets and updated bathrooms and repairs to decks - ok but disappointing for what we paid - hotel is furthest from all activities

Hotel has nice, elegant decor; close to beach/poolPosted 17-Aug-2014
I enjoyed staying at the beach tower. The staff overall is friendly and willing to provide services for guests. Also, the decor of the hotel is beautiful and it is located very near to the beach (there is also a pool). The rooms are nice, but could be a little more elegant to match the ambiance of the hotel overall. Additionally, the cost of many things is very expensive, and unbelievably the hotel does noy offer free wifi! Nonetheless, I really enjoyed my stay, despite certain drawbacks mentioned.

Great ResortPosted 15-Aug-2014
Pros: This is a very large hotel. If you want to find the noise you can find it, if you want quiet you can find that too. The floors are always sparkling!
Cons: Some areas are showing some age but they are updating here and there. In a hotel this size I'm sure the task is daunting. Lazy River needs more contro
Location: Paradise Island is the place to stay. Nassau is just a ferry ride away. Go to the tour desk and get a tour of the island. Mr. Anderson took us all ove
We have been coming here since The Atlantis first opened 20 years ago. We have stayed in all towers, Royal, Coral, and Beach. This time we stayed in the Beach Tower which is the oldest one. We like it because it's the tower closest to the beach and it has our favorite pool. While the other towers may be a bit more high end, this tower has everything you need. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. In my opinion you don't need more than that. The staff has never been anything but pleasant and helpful. We were greeted with smiles from everyone we ran into.

Overall great vacationPosted 14-Aug-2014
Everything was great: staff were friendly, activities were wonderful, beach beautiful. Food very expensive and the same everyday. Drinks expensive and watery. Check in was horrible. Arrived at 3pm and room wasn't ready. Was given a room key with no explanation and had to drag my heavy suitcase while I tried to find some food for my starving kids. Then I had to wait back in line again to see if my room was ready:(
