Nice pool, terrible rooms

Posted 23-Nov-2014
Overall our stay was enjoyable but we wouldn't go back. The pool was nice and fun for the day but the rooms at the resort were terrible. We moved 3 times and still had trash from old customers on the floor. The room is more like a motel 6 than the expensive resort you'd expect. Lots of things are falling apart in the rooms as well as throughout the resort. We won't be returning but it was ok for the 2 days we were there. It would be better to stay elsewhere and do the day pass to their pool.

Atlantis is the best experience in the caribbean. We spent all our time in the water- on the slides or in the sea. You never run out of sights or restaurants either.

Disappointed Because:

Posted 21-Nov-2014
Pros: The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: They REAL NEED TO LOWER THEIR PRICES THROUGHT OUT THE HOTEL. THE SHOPS, GIFT STORES, RESTURANTS EVERYTHING WAS JUST TO HIGH.
Location: A lot of activity.
I stayed at the Coral, the Hotel in it self was good my disappointment was the cost! You pay all that money for your room and then learn that NOTHING BUT THE WATER PARK IS INCLUDED! Dolphin Cay is not and non of the other animal events were included but the advertisement on TV lead you to think it is. That was all fine, BUT what bothered me was when I found out that you had to pay daily for the inter net in your room. The real disappointment was when I learned that you also had to pay daily to use the workout room. That was IT!

Great stay and looking forward to future return

Posted 20-Nov-2014
Pros: The staff is very good at what they do
Cons: My room in the Beach Tower can use a little touch up in the bathroom
Location: My location was great
The check-in and check-out service at the front desk was great and easy. The check-in at the front desk was well done by the Front Desk Clerk Zelane Maynard.

Atlantis is great but don't stay at Beach Tower

Posted 19-Nov-2014
No water for more than 10 hours before flight; staff didn't inform guests, restaurants and bathrooms closed throughout stay, room keys didn't work on multiple occasions. Rooms old' need upgrading. The rest of Atlantis is great- restaurants, pools, etc. wonderful.

Complimentary Upgrade to Royal Towers

Posted 17-Nov-2014
Pros: The room at the Royal Towers was roomy enough for 3 adults to be comfortable in. Easy to find way around.
Cons: The Value Meal plan isn't. While we were there, too many of the casual dining options were closed.
Location: Take Ferry to Nassau and go to Fish Fry. Anthony's Restaurant by Coral Towers has great food, open B/L/D. Do Dolphin Encounter at Blue Lagoon.
Where to start? How about a 2-level complimentary upgrade from the Beach Towers to the Royal Towers upon check-in? With a grand sweeping view of the beach side of the resort. Comfortable beds (I feel sound asleep the first night and I don't do that in any hotel the first night). A full size bathroom with real sized fluffy towels. A complimentary Bahama Mama at the Brats and Balls beachside foodstand when the manager felt I'd had to wait a little too long for our sandwiches.Beaches filled with enough lounge chairs for everyone to have one. A waterpark that kept my husband and daughter busy and happy while I lounged poolside and soaked up the sun. Definitely a vacation to remember.
