This place is ok, but too expensive for what is offered. No complimentary breakfast, an indoor pool thay makes the entire building smell like chlorine, a sad restaurant, and almost $400/night for a room with hard beds and a clogged toilet upon arrival.

Restaurant was not open for breakfast and the only option was a cafe near the pool that only had one option of warm breakfast food. My room was on the outside of the building so it was noisy, exposed and inconvenient to get to from inside the building. Overall, a very expensive hotel for the services offered.

Our stay was enjoyable. However, we had an emergency and had to get home and asked for to check out with a refund a day early and our request was denied. Disappointed they wouldn’t refund us one night due to an emergency.

Hot tub did not work. The bolt for the pool ladder was lying next to the pool and the step was hanging in the water. No markers indicating a broken step. Room door didn't close tightly

Great and clean hotel and lots of walkable restaurants. The shuttle to Opry Mills was so convenient every 20 minutes. Got to hit mall, wax museum, recording booths, aquarium restaurant, grand ole Opry, and food great everywhere we went! Pool was empty and closed th wine time we did want to use it (615pm)… said hours were 9-9. I cannot express how clean the hotel was and our room was newly updated and spotless. Only suggestion would be to get rid of toilet door and open up the area with a door entering the sink/vanity area instead. The shower/toilet door was so difficult to get in and out of And to close door. Also huge fall risk with that tigh space when stepping out of tub.

They could have easily put us in the inside rooms but didn't. When I got to my room, it literally had no power. When I tried to call the front desk, I only got the automated attendant and there was no option for a live operator. The automated attendant never could understand me. I had to walk A LONG way toting all my luggage to go back to the front desk and request a room with electricity. It was also very noisy.

The first room I got was outdated so I paid to upgrade. The next room I got the air conditioner didn’t work and there was no hot water in the shower. I talked to the front desk and they fixed the air conditioner but they did not fix the hot water. I went to the desk 4 different times in 3 days to try and get them to fix it but they never did. We took cold showers the whole time we stayed. I do not recommend this hotel!

One issue that we had was we had requested the afternoon before checkout to reserve the shuttle bus to the airport for 6:15 am for out 8:40 flight. When we went downstairs to check out the front desk didn't inform us that there was no shuttle, that the person who drove the shuttle had called in sick that day. The front desk clerk should have told u about that when we were checking out, but he didn't. He did call a cab and told us the situation, only after we had been waiting for the shuttel. It would have been nice for him to let us know that when we checked out, not after we waited for the shuttle and checked back with him?

Don’t expect Marriott perfection when you stay her
Expected more from a Marriott property. Extremely dated. Could not turn around in bathroom it was so small. Paper thin walls-you could here every footstep when someone walked past our room. We had an interior room next to the construction on the third floor. For what I paid, I expected a much nicer property. Will not stay here again.

Very nice Inn. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Nashville. It is a ways away from the night scene downtown but Ubers are available always.
