Emplacement : Bien situé, à 10 minutes de marche du centre de convention. Une navette fait également le trajet entre l'hôtel et le centre de convention.
Mieux en réalité que sur les photos. J'ai été agréablement surpris, et mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais.

Room was comfortable for the short stay we had. Small issue with toilet being clogged. And it took a couple people to come and fix it. But other than that a fine stay.

Over-all great experience. Restaurant attached to the hotel was not great.

There was supposed to be shuttle service to the Grand Ol Opry on show nights, but for some reason it didn’t run this night and was the main reason we stayed there. Hotel is clean and safe. Average nothing bad, but nothing great either. About half the price of the main Opry hotel and we were only staying one night so it served its purpose.

This place is ok, but too expensive for what is offered. No complimentary breakfast, an indoor pool thay makes the entire building smell like chlorine, a sad restaurant, and almost $400/night for a room with hard beds and a clogged toilet upon arrival.

Restaurant was not open for breakfast and the only option was a cafe near the pool that only had one option of warm breakfast food. My room was on the outside of the building so it was noisy, exposed and inconvenient to get to from inside the building. Overall, a very expensive hotel for the services offered.

We’re sorry our breakfast dining options did not live up to your expectations. The Atrium Café provides an on-the-go bistro option. Starting on April 29 we will offer a full breakfast in our restaurant. Thank you again for being our guest.

Our stay was enjoyable. However, we had an emergency and had to get home and asked for to check out with a refund a day early and our request was denied. Disappointed they wouldn’t refund us one night due to an emergency.
