“Good, solid, clean and comfortable.”
The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, the staff helpful. Does what a hotel should, no bells or whistles.
“Perfect for our families needs”
The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Quiet and clean. Shuttle service excellent. Would stay there again.
“Super hotel”
We only stayed here for a couple of nights but it was lovely. On arriving, reception were very polite and helpful and gave us tickets for free breakfast for two days. The room was an outside room and when I booked the only room available was a king size bed, on our arrival we had two Queen anne beds, a bonus. The room was very clean, the bed linen fresh and crisp and the room as a whole had some lovely touches. Coffee/tea facilities, ironing board and iron, hairdryer and good toiletries were all provided. The bed was very firm - ahh bliss. Breakfast was self service with a wide range to choose from, hot or cold, and the service was excellent and very friendly. We would go there again and I would recommend it to anyone. Very very satisfied.
“Big Easy”
Our overall experience was very good. The hotel staff were very helpful, the location and transportation were very good and well managed. We will stay at this hotel and use expdia again when visiting Nashville in the future.
“Satisfying 3-nights stay in August”
I spent three nights at the Radisson in mid-August, 2009. I was attending a conference at Gaylord across the street, so I could have stayed there. But I choose the Radission for a "simplified" stay. Much less walking to and from parking lot, restaurants, and even from the convention center, there was a free shuttle service, back and forth. I stayed at the Gaylord two years ago, and the comfort of the interior of the rooms, i.e., the bed, pillows etc. were similar. But... the Radisson cost my company 1/3 or less of what the Gaylord would have cost. Parking and Internet, for example, are free at the Radisson. This alone saves around $40 or so per day! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The atrium lobby as a large, heated pool, which I used twice. I spent a lot of time in my room. Always very quite and serene. The Applebee's inside the hotel was adequate for a few meals. I'd love to stay here again.
“good choice”
we arrived early but the desk staff took it in stride and found a room that had been made up. Location provides good access to interstate. Reasonable shuttle service to airport. Shuttles very dependable on scheduling even during busy convention. limited restaurant offering on grounds but several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. central courtyard is a noisy location for banquet venue.

Quiet and relaxing. We would choose to stay again.
“Convenient to Grand Ole Opry & Opry Mills”
Staff was courteous. Hotel was clean. We had requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. We didn't try to change but you might want to double check at check-in. Applebee's Restaurant inside the hotel was nice also.

Everyone was so pleasent. Hotel was in a good location for a lot of activities and services.

If your looking for a way to do Nashville without a huge expense or renting a car, the Radisson Opryland is it! It is in a good location and the shuttle service is fantastic.It is seldom behind schedule and hits the major tourist spots.
