“Excellent Value-Excellent Hotel”
Prompt, very courteous service., Extremely clean. Large suites. Kitchenette was spotless and fully equipped. Excellent floorplan with plenty of room to work or relax.
“Great place close to downtown!”
We have stayed here our last 2 trips to Nashville. We are in Nashville 5-6 times a year, and this is our favorite. It is low-priced, clean, great service, great rooms. We love the fold-out couch that adds another bed. The continental breakfast is okay- pastries, cereal, waffles. The pool is the highlight for the kids. The room is spacious- I love the kitchenette for long trips. If traveling with kids, I would recommend the suite with a separate bedroom for extra space. All this and 10-15 minutes from downtown area! The area is safe and clean, also.
“Nice and comfortable”
The room was nice and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The front desk personnel were friendly and professional. The only nuisance was the smell of smoke on the hallway, because people staying in non-smoking rooms smoked on the hall-ways (I hope this doesn't happen all the time). Another nuisance was the noise several "ladies" made on the patio near the pool early in the morning when they had breakfast.

The hotel's a bargain, located in a convenient place, with a helpful and gracious manager. Enjoyed my stay.

This hotel has a great staff and is very clean. The queen studio is the right size for two people, more than that might be uncomfortably close. There is a large chain grocery store very close by for those wanting to stock the kitchenette. There was a small problem with TV service, but it all worked out. Management indicated that within the next few months, all the TV and the TV programmer will be replaced. I have tried several hotels in this area, never the same one twice, but I will return to this one again. Great value!

Very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. Convenient to activities we did. A very nice quiet area.
“Great Brentwood Stay!”
My wife and I had a great stay. The staff was wonderful and the accommodations were great. The room was a little dated, but it still felt comfortable. The free breakfast was the only thing I was left wanting more from. The location was great, and we would love to stay again!
“Exceptional value for a 2.5 star hotel”
Great location in the heart of Brentwood, with comfortable and efficient rooms, lobby and hotel facilities. While the carpet could stand a little cleaning and/or replacement, the overall value for the room was outstanding. The service of the staff was excellent, especially from Kathy, who was nothing short of Stellar!
